I read both of the reviews on file and I was quite surprisedMy whole experience with Real Steamer was quite the oppositeI made the appoint with Ana [redacted] and explained what I needed and she was very helpful with setting up the appointmentThen, on the day of the appointment she called to let me know the technician was on his way Jason arrived on time and ready to work When my husband requested he do a small cleaning sample before committing to an 1100+ tile and grout cleaning job, Jason took the time to perform the sample and waited for the process to finish so we could see the end resultAfter seeing how much he was able to bring our floor back to the original grout color, we quickly committed to the entire floor Jason was professional and courteous and finished as quickly as he could since he knew my husband had another appointment scheduled for the same dayI thought that Jason did such an exceptional job, I plan to schedule him to deep clean my carpets next month
I suggest NEVER EVER using this company for carpet shampooing I was quoted rooms for $ I confirmed the price times reiterating it would not cost more than than $When the tech showed up he quoted my son $which included shampoo and conditioningWhen I was told the price I immediately called the office and spoke to Maria who was rude and had the worse customer service that I have ever experiencedI have been in property management for over years and she was the worst I have ever experiencedI had requested that we be refunded the $because the tech did not start the job and I was not authorizing the clean for that amountMaria lied and said that the tech had already completed the job and there was nothing she could doThat was a flat out lie because I was standing next to the tech who did not start the jobMaria and the General Manager showed no attempt to rectify the situation and refused to refund my card

Then, they quoted is a price of $79 for 1000 sq ft saying it was their special and when the technician arrived he said it wasn't going to do it for that price. He said for a good deep clean it would be $120 and "yeah I could do it for $79 but it wouldn't be a very good job and it wouldn't get very clean." When I called the supposed owner he didn't try and rectify the situation, he just got nervous when I said I was going to write a negative review! This was the classic bait and switch and should not be tolerated.

I would not recommend Real Steemers Carpet Cleaners ever! They showed up 2 hours late after confirming their time, charged double what they quoted and finished a 2000sq ft home in 45 min. When calling to explain our disappointment in their service, the girl who answers the phone was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Before she hung up on me she said the manager would call us when they got in. Nobody ever called. We called back the next day and the manager said he would come by and see the work but never returned a call, answered the phone, or made any attempt to contact us to come see. 100% negative. This is the typical bait and switch. Their $49 steam shampoo carpet offer turned into $228 when they arrived. When we refused they wanted us to pay for a $20 service call. After threating to call their supervisor, they agreed to "clean" for $59. All they ended up doing was moving the dirt around and leaving a wet smelly carpet. These people advertise a professional cleaning process on their website that they have no intentions of performing. Do not call these people.

I CALLED TO GET A QUOTE AND SEE IF SAME DAY SERVICE WAS POSSIBLE AND IN 2 HOURS THEY WHERE HERE AND READY TO WORK THEY MADE MY CARPET LOOK AMAZING VERY CLEAN AND FELT SO SOFT !!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOMETHING SO RARE HERE IN LAS VEGAS !!!! I AM SO HAPPY THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS TO ME WHEN THEY WHERE HERE !!!!! I WILL FOREVER BE A CUSTOMER !!!!
