I had to send money to my sick mother in El Salvador. She is extremely sick and needs money for her doctor. The money was promised to be ready in 1 hour for her to receive but it has been 1 week since I sent it and she still does not have access to it. Every time I call they say the system is down and that they can't refund my money. Every time I call customer service they tell me that it will be available "tomorrow." It has been 1 week since sending my money and neither myself or my mother have access to It yet and are stuck at a loss.
