Viande LLC

I clicked on an ad that totally locked my computer I was alerted that I was to contact ***After calling ***, I was told that I had been infected with a virus that they could not help me, that if I didn't get it taken care of with in a few minutes that I would be unable to protect any of my personal information The hackers had my IP number and it would not make any difference if I would by a new computer, they would still be able to get all my personal and banking information They contacted me with VIANDE LLC It took about minutes for VIANDE LLC to fix my computer They charged me $ I had to pay $with taxes They said that they would discount the charge to $I would go to target and buy a credit card and call them back with the number off that credit card That sent up a red flag I told them that no, I couldn't drive to a Target store, instead I would FedEx them a check
I just received a call today, 1/13/that the company was selling and moving to other countries, and they would refund my money, they wanted to access my computer again for me to get a ticket number in able for me to get that refund, I did not let them access it, I asked why I did't get a letter informing me of their move, also why could' they just send me my refund They said that they could only send me the form by email and they said they have tried but it wouldn't go through They did'nt seem receptive to try and send me that form I didn't feel safe to allow them to access all my information on my computer After all I told them that I do not know who I was really talking too They did say they was recording our conversation My concern is why *** is automatically contacting this company Are they getting a kick back for this scam?
