Vianor Springfield Reviews (1)

"With regards to the Honda Ridgeline in question, Vianor diagnosed a fault with the driver's door lock actuator on 01/02/2015, and replaced the faulty lock actuator and door latch on 01/19/2015. Upon completion of these repairs, the remote keyless entry and interior door lock functions
were known to be in proper working order. No notes are available on the function of the exterior lock; however, I do not assume that it was dysfunctional upon completion of the repairs mentioned above Upon hearing the characteristics offered by the complainant regarding exterior door lock function, or lack thereof, I found it reminiscent of previous experiences with other Honda models, namely the Honda Fit. The recommended application of a product such as WD-was employed as a means to prevent the complainant from making an unnecessary minute round trip to Vianor; during the initial phone call on 06/12/2015, I recollected that this client has a demanding job which requires atypical working hours that do not easily cope with the business and lunch hours that Vianor is available to perform repairs on one's vehicle. Specifically, I remembered a roughly hour or less window of opportunity to perform repairs from noon onward. At no point did the client request that Vianor review the condition of the lock; only after I offered the aforementioned WD-and Honda Fit lock cylinder failure possibilities did the complainant make a statement along the lines of "...why can't you take a look at it?". At no point did I not want to review the function of this vehicle's exterior door lock, however my apparently weak alternatives incited the complainant, at which point the conversation turned unfortunately rude and mildly accusatory I do not dispute that I raised my voice in an unprofessional manner during this telephone call, however, I only interrupted the complainant after first being interrupted multiple times, and raised my voice, in kind, to make my point clearIt must be stated that no profanity was used by either party, yet I find the accusations of (verbal) abuse, intimidation, and sabotage to be disappointing and cheap attacks on my character. More to the point, I am completely and utterly shocked by the suggestion that I am some frightening misogynist predator who intentionally gave this client a hard time on the phone; I work hard to overcome the unfortunate stereotype that men who manage automotive repair facilities are, perhaps, crude, and the suggestion that I was intentionally/specifically rude, intimidating, aggressive, belittling, and harsh towards an individual because they are a woman is utterly saddening, and a cheap, cheap shot My willingness to discuss the matter at the time of the June telephone call is evidenced by the fact that I offered potential home-remedies and possible causes for the exterior door lock's failure. If the complainant had made clear early in the conversation their desire for an appointment to review the function of the vehicle's door lock and determine why it had failed, I would have gladly devised a time and date for this. I do not enjoy engaging in arguments with people, and I resent being labeled as an aggressive, belittling, and harsh bigot." Thank you for your time and consideration. Please contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you
