I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, there is a chance that the fixes on the other side of the wall (interior damage to the above patio attic: rotted wood, warping) may not show themselves to be sufficient until the first big snowfall and thaw that will test to make sure it is properly sealed as well as potential wood damage to structure due to prior leaking and weathering. I will be contacting you ASAP if any moisture continues to leak thru the ceiling soffit boards and we will restart this process again.I was sympathetic and empathetic to contact them and be very kind and professional during that whole 15 months. I am in digital marketing and understand the need for positive reviews for consumer confidence. I fear that I was too nice and it took a Revdex.com filing to finally get their attention. I am glad that this is a catalyst of change for their organization, but it did come at a price to my confidence in Paradigm as well as the time/effort I had to needlessly spend trying to get them to follow through on their promises and performance.I am hoping that the "fix" is truly fixed and we can both move on from this.
