It has been resolved as they told for the 2nd time that I was not to get a refund...I responded that I contacted the Revdex.com, also I was going to file a complaint with an organization for the elderly of a scam. And I was going to file a complaint with Attorney General's office.. Soon after
got an email saying my account was credited for the almost $for month of creams. I also asked to send me a copy of the "terms & conditons" But one thing I would like to know....will this company show up in the Revdex.com as 'complaint against"???

Review: this was advertised on my phone for a trail sample of $4.98

when I received this I called them just to verify that I was only interested in the trial sample

the women I spoke to did not speak english well but she said that was all they send. Anyway

I received another a week ago and I called them they said unless I cancel they send. I was charged

Jan. and Feb. both 92 dollars!!!I called my Visa and they are disputing it Even when I called the

second time they never gave me any cancellation numbers etc. The product is a small jar called dermaluxe and all watered downDesired Settlement: I think they should also be reported as a scam

Review: After attempting to contact the company at multiple numbers listed on the Internet to cancel the trial, I was unable to reach the company. The support email address states it's an unmonitored email. As a result, it is very difficult to reach customer service for this company. I received a email notification stated my credit card was charged $89.95 on 01/01/16. My purchase for the trial only was 12/08/2015. I did not authorize any additional charges nor did any email or statements present otherwise. I called to cancel just in case, however, the numbers are leaving you on hold beyond 30 minutes with no other means of communication. I simply want my money back and this purchase to no longer be connected to my card.Desired Settlement: I wish for the charges to be credited back my card and my credit card information removed from their computer as well as any account with my name removed and deleted.

Review: They offer a free trial for the product and then they charge for the whole product. They should have on their front page that there will charge after 14 days trial. They trick you to think you will only get a trail not then charge you after. They should have to put that on the front page of their website, not hidden in the terms and cond'sDesired Settlement: They also charged my card twice for the same product. So I got charged3/8/2015 $4.953/8/2015 $4.993/23/2015 $87.533/23/2015 $85.98They would not work with me at all. I think they are just trying to fool people and get their money. Companies like this should not be able to hide the real truth of what you are signing up for. I thought it was a simple trail and If I wanted more I could order.

Review: I purchased their product with the understanding that I had a "free trial" period of 14 days plus 4 days shipping (18 days total). The product was order after 11 pm on September 23rd. This gives a a date of October 10th as the "free trial" expiration date. Today, October 8th @ 5:16 am, my bank account was charged $89.95.

I was not given the full trial period before they charged me. I called them twice to cancel and ask for a refund. Both times they wanted to greatly reduce future shipments and gave me a vary hard time in cancelling. On both calls I asked to speak to a supervisor, the CSR hung up on me. At this point, I am not sure they even cancelled the order.Desired Settlement: The company needs to be more honest and adhere to their written policies. It clearly states 14 days plus 4 shipping days.

Review: While taking care of an issue with another product I was prompted to a sample of Vibrant Skin for the cost of shipping. Nowhere was this advertised as a trial. There were no pop ups stating that I would be charged further. I paid the shipping $4-5 and received the tiny sample which smelled terribly so I threw it away chalking it up to a loss of $5. Then less than 2 weeks later I'm charged $89.95 for the "free" TINY sample. I contacted my bank who advised me that this is a common tactic with these types of companies & to contact the company for a refund. I did. They refused stating that I was directed to a page outlining the trial offer and contract. I was not! The customer service person tried haggling the refund. I stated that $40 wasn't good enough & that I would file a complaint and contact an attorney. I told them I wanted a refund in full.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the $89.95.

Review: I placed an order for only one product "Snake Venom Peptide Cream Trial" for 4.99 and received two weeks later the Snake Venom Peptide Cream and another product I did not order the "Vibrant skin Cell Cream" I then called and cancelled both orders on July 7th since they sent another product I did not order. Then a week later they sent both products in the mail again and charged my account $89.95 for the Snake Peptide Venum Cream and the product I did not order $92.53 "Vibrant Skin Cell Cream. I returned both items in the packets unopened back to the company and a M.[redacted] signed for them.I called customer service "spoke to [redacted]" and they said they would credit me back for both, I only received credit for $89.95. So I called back and they said I need to contact a different number to cancel the other product I never ordered, so I called that number on Monday, July 13th and they said"Kelly" I would get a credit back in 2 -3 days. I call back on Friday, July 17th and the lady said that would not credit my $92.53 back and hung up on me. So I have called my bank to dispute.Desired Settlement: I just want my $92.53 credit back to my account for a product I never ordered and that I returned unopened

Review: Was told to contact the company within 14 day of use of product to discontinue automatic shipping and billing of product which I did. I was told there would be no more charges or shipments of the product, however I just revived my credit card bill and have been charged for the product again. I would like to be reimbursed and no longer charged for anything.Desired Settlement: Full reimbursement and NO more charges or product

Review: I ordered 2 trial size offers. Vibrant Skin, and Dermaluxe cream. I paid 4.99 for one, and 5.99 for the other. I was not impressed, and called to cancel my order after 2 weeks. They were arguing with me, and suggested I try it for another 2 weeks. I told them that I was still canceling the order.

They had deducted the price of the trials on July 28 and July 29. from my checking account. I thought that was the end of it. Then on Aug. 13 there was 89.95 taken out. I called my bank, and they filed a dispute with the company, meanwhile reimbursing my account for that amount on Aug. 26. Then on Oct. 26 They took it out again. When I called and questioned it, they told me that the Company told them that the (my) account had been closed, and there's nothing they can do. So I called the Company and got absolutely no satisfaction from them. I asked to speak to their Supervisor, but they wouldn't do it. I was very frustrated at this point and hung up on them.Since then I've call 2 more times wit the same result. They told me "I didn't cancel on time" That is a lie. I canceled after 2 weeks. And I believe they gave me month. I really don't know what to do about this issue. When I ordered the trial samples, I didn't see or read anything about a monthly charge. At one point, I asked them, "So you took my money. Where's my product? Not that I wanted it, but I was trying to make a point about the charge. I really would appreciate any help you may be able to give me on this problem. To begin with, had I known of this monthly charge for the product, I never would have ordered it in the first place. I am an 80 year old widow, and could never have been able to afford it. My order numbers are. [redacted] and [redacted]. and reference numbers

are [redacted] and [redacted]. Thank you so much. [redacted]Desired Settlement: 89.95 back into my checking account.

Review: I ordered a free sample of Wrinkle Rewind. The only charge was to be shipping which I paid. They are listed on all free sample sites. I got the free sample in the mail a few days ago and checked my bank account today and there was a charge for 88.49 as a re-occuring charge. I called the company who told me they stated in terms and agreements about the charge. I am very careful when it comes to free samples and I read all of the terms and agreements. There was nothing about a monthly charge to my account. The lady agreed to give me half of my money back if I would send back the unused product with the shipping label I got. I never recieved a shipping label to return. The only thing I got was a very small jar of cream with NO paperwork at all of which she told me she was sorry I didn't get that. This is a total scam to get your banking info and hit your account every month with this charge. Something needs to be done about this.Desired Settlement: I would like complete refund and I would like this false advertisement stopped.

Review: There is a constant pop ups about this cream. I ordered the trial and I paid the s/h. It doesnt do what it says and they charged my account almost $200 for two cream which you are supposed to use together. I did not realize that they were going to charge my card that amount because I didnt call them after 14 days to cancel. It is very deceiving and devastating for their product not to work and have them charge my acct almost $200 to a person on SS. Then they just charged me another $200 just the other day. They said its to late and it was already shipped. I am very ill at this time. I could not understand the big talk on the phone with a person with an accent. This is not not right. I do not know what to do. There 2 creams from the same company my trial Was $5.99. Now I was charge individually one $92.23 and the other is $89.95. So the grand total is $364.26. It is a rip off as they do not EVEN work.Desired Settlement: I want my almost $400.00 credited to my account, please...I have not seen this new delivery they are talking about. I told them I was going to refuse the delivery. I scripted talk on the phone is confusing as I couldnt understand the bottom line. I received a cancellation notice 1 hr after the conversation but nothing about a refund of any kind. My goodness, $400.00 for cream that does work. I hope the govt does something about these scams. They did not send me any emails. Thank You.
