We reviewed our customer’s complaint and Cox account, on 7/1/15. We immediately referred the complaint to our Plant Maintenance team to have the reported problem addressed. One of our Plant supervisors has since advised that the problem has been addressed and resolved. He also advised that our customer confirmed that his service is working properly
Our customer mentioned in his complaint that he requires a refund of service fees paid for services that were not working properly. Our records indicate that our customer first reported the problem on 5/19/15. Cox High Speed Internet Ultimate service fees amounted to $146.65, between 5/19/and 7/1/15. Our customer has received credits that total $to his account, for his troubles
