Vic's Collison

Review: A little over a year ago I was in a car accident and my car was taken to Vic's Collision in [redacted], PA for repair. Vic said it would cost $2000 to fix but I didn't have the money. We agreed that instead I would sell the car to him for $700. I signed the deed over to him but he never paid me. I called him several times but he keeps giving me the runaround.Desired Settlement: To get paid the $700.

Review: I had repairs done by this service center the end of Decemeber 2012, by the end of January 2013 I notice that the bumper that was put on was already rusting. I immediately contacted Vic's about replacing the faulty bumper but all I have been getting is a run around from him. First he told me he would reorder a new one and would let me know when it came in, then he told me that he needed to see it first, I went to his shop on 2/9 to meet him he did not show up. He finally got back in touch with me to meet him again on 3/7, my wife meet woiht him and he told her he would have it done by the end of the next week. He contacted me and I dropped off the truck on 3/16 only for him to call me and tell me that he had the wrong bumper. He keeps telling me that he will take care of this as soon as he can but makes no attempt to fix the problem.Desired Settlement: We want the bumper replaced and the name of the company he purchased the bumper from.
