I have a Subaru I brought to Lyons Transmission, I have a rear differential problemBoth my rear axles are out of the differentialI gave Lyons Transmission a call on Dec 27th They said they could look at it for me, and I also explained what the issues are with my car and that the car is all wheel drive and only the front tires are engagingThey listened to what I had to say, but never gave me a quoteSo I thought they would look at it for me at no chargeOn Dec 28th I dropped my car off with them at 8am, I asked if they have a courtesy vehicle that can drive me to work , which they told me they do and didAfter work at 4:30pm that day, I went there to pick up my keys for my vehicleThey told me there was a bill for me for them inspecting my car, total of $This was the first time I heard of this, and they didn't show me a written quote or anything earlier dropping off my car or when I picked it upI refused to pay since they never gave me a quote earlier and they could just say any number and expect me to paySince he never gave me a quote, I thought it was no charge They said they, drove me to work in the morning and they looked at my car also test drove itThen he threw my car key at meI thought about it for a minuteI asked myself? Did they really test drive a vehicle that has mechanical damage? Then I remembered I have a dash cam on my vehicleI put the Sd card into my computer and I couldn't believe what I sawA mechanic was testing drive my vehicle and driving it rough and going through the rpms and taking it on the highwayAfter the minute test drive, when he arrived to the shop garage doorsInstead of honking the horn to let the other employees know he has returned, he revs the engineThis whole incident was with owner of Lyons Transmission "Kirby ***", but he claims he wasn't the one test driving my carI still have a the video footageToday, Jan 2nd 8am I went over there hoping for an agreement, but Kirby refused
