In our opinion, this client's intention was to get free services from our salon that was why she only wanted her money backIf we did not
make you happy, we will do our best and try everything to gain you back or at least fix the problemThat was why we offered to re-polish her mother's nails at NO CHARGE
The services this client and her mother received were not just the nails polish job, instead they were full services of High-class OPI Products Pedicure and Manicure that they had orderedThe polishing part as everyone knows is the last stepThis client is only complaining about the polish but she wanted the whole $backThis is an abusive commandWe worked hard to provide you and your mother manicure and pedicure services
In addition, the regular nail polish that was just put on nails are normally still wet and client usually has to be careful not to bump it into anythingThis could have also be the reasonSo please reconsider your thought and be nicer to us
