Paradise Pools and Patios of Louisiana did an excellent job on our in ground pool We had gotten a bad pool contractor from Sulphur, LA, that left us with a granite hole in the ground After calling almost every pool contractor in New Iberia and Lafayette, LA, Paradise Pools is the only one that would even look at our pool to see if it could be completed They took on the job, corrected the mistakes of the other contractor, and completed our pool within weeks We are so grateful to them and they did such an excellent job, that we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a reconstruction or new pool project

Man! What a great experience. Everything started with our budget in mind and we quad bid our pool. There's quite a bit of difference between the BIG name in town and the bid we received from Paridise. I can tell you, we never came up lacking. These guys blew everyone else out of the water...no pun intended. Our new pool is state-state-of-the-art. No salt, no chlorine, LED lighting, substrate filters, and auto fill/drain. Paradise quoted 8 weeks...it was in much sooner. Everything that we did not think of, they did. We asked for terra cotta...they suggested travertine...much more durable and absolutely beautiful. They worked hard on finding a great tile within our budget. Upon start-up we saw some miniscule issues...they were on top of those immediately. These guys have the upmost intergrity and stand behind their work. If you are looking to build a pool, I strongly suggest Paradise Pools...you won't get a better builder. This past summer we decided to seek bids to re-surface our gun nite pool and sent out bids requests to four companies in the Lafayette area. The folks at Pardise responded within 24 hours and were onsite the same day and submitted their bid by the day's end. Two of the four companies took two weeks to respond and one company never did respond. Their bid was very competitive and the range of bids varied greatly. The bid was detailed and complete and we appreciated their attention to detail, their suggestions and their willingness to fulfill our ideas. Their customer service was exemplary - phone calls were returned promptly and they stayed in touch throughout the process. Scheduling was timely and from start to finish the work took only four days to complete as stated in the bid. The pool is fantastic and needless to say we were quite pleased with their work and highly recommend Paradise to others!
