Vice Magazine

Review: On April *, 2015, I paid Vice Magazine $45 for delivery of their print magazine, "Vice Magazine". It is available online for free, but I specifically wanted the print version.

The confirmation email I received confirming my order and my charge for $45 stated to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery of the first issue.

Over the summer and fall, I forgot about the order and remembered in November/December. I confirmed that they had in fact charged me (they did, $45 on 4/*/15), and knew that to date, I had never received a single issue of the magazine - 8 months after the order date, and a clear 6+ months after the first issue should have arrived.

During December, I tried to contact Vice Magazine through the only contact method they list on their website ([redacted]). I tried in vain to find a phone number.

I sent two separate emails 1 week apart, and received no response to either of them.

This company has taken $45 from me, never delivered the good they promised to, and is not responsive to repeated attempts to contact.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the $45 I paid for the magazine(s) I never received.
