 The order was never completed but they processed my credit card then took over 8 days to process a refund.  They quickly removed points yet lagged for many days to process a credit.  Their premise to change an authorized hold on credit card to what constitutes a free use of money for over a week was not answered.  Want to understand what their authority was to charge my card, use the float and diminish my credit availability.

1, rebate website cannot limit I buy anything when businesses allow.2, all my order status is OK, the businesses customer service said my order is no problem, otherwise they will cancel my order.3, when order completed, rebate website will receive a rebate, if close my account, all the rebate will be give rebate website take away.4, businesses specified they don't have the ability to request other company closed this campany user's account.5, according to my knowledge, this rebate website has closed many users account when they can get a lot of rebate, and give some absurd reason only, without any evidence.6, they are the dictator, don't listen to anyone to explain when close the account, as I explain later, they don't reply any message.7, I received a rebate from many other businesses in my account, when they close my account after the rebate can't got it.8, all of my orders are real and effective, no false purchase, all purchase mail and receive rebate mail I can provide,like the attachment9, if you want to close my account, must give me the business to my rebate payment, rather than by you take away, I want to donate half to Revdex.com.10,and I'll tell more victims to complain the rebate website. .

itemized copy of your receipt by attaching it as a PDF? I see that your claim has a receipt attached but it is in PNG format and as per security reasons, we can only accept receipts in PDF format.If you need help saving the receipt as a PDF you can do this within Google Chrome. Click "Print" then click "Change Printer" and from the printer list select "Save as PDF" and finally click "Save". [ understand your points from your end. I also have my facts from my end I want to share:1. You did collect the points from [redacted] on my behalf, and did not give them to me or give them back to [redacted]. This is like I open a bank account in your company, then I make money and deposit to my bank account. At the end, you said I did not follow your rule, then you take all my money (I do not think bank can take my money by closing my account).  Is that the business model of Next Jump?2. One representative Jarrid from Next Jump promised to give my points back to my through Revdex.com, but change the words after that. How could you change it back and forth for your promise?3. You mentioned my points from [redacted] were earned after you warned me, this is totally not true. I did not use the account at all after you mentioned I violate your terms and conditions. I can provide the order confirmation and the date Tom mentioned you guys want to close my account. This statement is not true too. 4. If you believe I violate your terms and conditions, you can close my account. This is acceptable. that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  Nicole/Next Jump confirmed via phone that they would honor the originally listed price by crediting my account the price difference in WOWPoints post-purchase, then allowing me to submit a claim post-purchase to redeem those WOWPoints and have them applied toward the higher purchase price I initially have to pay as a credit back to my credit card.

 my WOWpoints account has nothing related with lenovo. Even the merchant "lenovo" would not return wowpoints to my account, that's fine, But I have rights to shop on other merchants website through your cooperate perks website. Furthermore, you have mentioned I have 112000 wowpoints available in my account, this is my money!!! Important thing is that I have never received any notice about closing my account and telling me to use my wowpoints ASAP. you mentioned that the security team contacted me sometimes ago. that's not completely true. several months ago, when I found I could not order lenovo products on corporateperks website(internal lenovo products shop), I contacted your website and I got the reply that my lenovo account was closed. that's fine. but you never said this lenovo account means my corporateperks account (on the corporateperks website, there are many more other merchants). Thus, my request is unlock my account so that I have rights and time to use my available WoWpoints.
