I have filed a prior complaint against this company to repair areas in my house that were supposed to have been done when I hired this company to paint my house. The job that was done was shabby; paint chipping off, rotten boards not replaced as in contract and requested, painting not quality on door, boards not put in evenly on the back of house, areas not corked as needed after painting. Mr. [redacted] responded to complaint # 10631489 stating that he was going to honoring his work. He called my house on June 11 and stated that he would stop by on Saturday June 13 at 11 am. Once again, this was a no show nor did he call back to reschedule. I have been trying to get this situation rectified. I am asking you all to intervene for the 2nd time so that I can get someone to come and redo the paint job and correct the areas that were not done by Texas Painting Company. under the supervision of Mr. [redacted]. I am requesting $1000.00. I am requesting $1000.00 to get the repairs to the house for painting in needed areas, areas of rotten boards replaced, boards calked, and door sanded and painted again.
On or about June 11 I called the homeowner and advised that I would stop by to review the repairs needed. I visited the homeowners property and knocked on the door.No answer. I was a little miffed since I called to set it up and no one was their to receive me. I am willing to make the necessary repairs but I need to visit with the homeownersto ensure we are all on the same page.
