Good Morning I would like to have this case reviewed This is the
first we have heard about his complaint to the Revdex.com He contacted us
after receiving the broken air meter glass and we sent a replacement the
next day at NO charge to...
him he received it 4 days after contacting us.

Vic'66 shipped a replacement part on April 15 , well packed and by Priority Mail. We received it in perfect condition, no charge. The only problem is NO COMMUNICATION from that business. They never answered our numerous messages and never sent a message to let us know they had sent a replacement. As our address in N.Y.State is a receiving warehouse that keep our buyings until we pick them up, we didn't know they had replacedthe broken part.
