I ordered a robe in September for my husbands birthday in Oct. I requested a ND logo. When I inquired why is is taking them so long they said they couldn't use the real logo but they could make the ND look just like the logo. I decided to keep the order active and give the robe as a Christmas gift. Two weeks before Christmas I called to cancel my order because I was tired of waiting. Kathy from customer service, convinced me not to cancel, stating that she saw the robe in production and said how good it looked and sent me a photo of the robe. I received it on Dec 24 but the robe I received was not the one from the photo she sent me. The one I got said DN. Personally frustrated because I didn't have a present again!!!!
I sent them a photo of the robe I received and they sent me an email saying "I'm so sorry we will refund you your money.
It is now Jan 22. I have called and left several voice messages and sent several emails. They have not responded to me or sent me a refunded.
