I hired [redacted] back in February 2013 to remodel my bathroom. A couple of days after he finished my bathroom floor tiles started to crack. I called him to come & fix the problem. He did give me a hard time about it. Saying that it was my & my families fault. After about 2 weeks later he came out to replace the tile. I finished paying him the last installment of my bathroom repairs. He has NOT been back to my house since to finish the job. He never came to re-grout the tile. In the mean time 3 more tiles have cracked which I let him know and sent pictures. He said my job isn't important to rush out & fix it. He has other "jobs" which are more important too do.. I have been waiting patiently for my bathroom to be complete. All we do is have screaming matches over the phone on when this is going to be done. My last text I sent him 2 weeks ago I said if he doesn't come & fix it I will hire someone else and he can pay that contractor to fix his mistakes. He told me it's going to be another month before he's ready to do it and that he WILL CHARGE me. I have also asked for my itemized bill & contract that he still has not given to me. I have no idea on how much I paid for the materials & for his hours worked.I have since talked to a few contractors about my tile floor. They told me he did it wrong. He tiled right over the linoleum. I had said something to him about this & he told me the other contractors are wrong. My ex-husband put my kitchen floor in 14 yrs ago and I have never had a crack or anything go wrong with the tiles.
