Review: Trying to call this company to cancel my trial. Can not get ahold of them to do so. They do not answer the phone. It says they are overwelmbed with calls and it tells you to try back later. If you dont cancal they will keep charging your account that you used to set up the offer. Tryed calling 3 days in a row still can not get through.

Review: Tried a trial version of their e cigarette and did not like and returned them. was promised refund on 3/28/14 and still have not seen it.

called on 3/28/14 closing the account and getting the refund told it would take 4-8wks,called back and was told 5-7days had my bank call and am now told the finance dept is pushing it through has been another week. I payed the shipping and handling on the package with my debit card and they are supposed to be putting the money back into my bank account. In the meantime when I was told the 5-7days I made a pre-authorized debit for my power bill out of my account because I was told the money would be there and it was not so now my bank account is negative and I have overdraw fees added on. the order confirmation numbers are Order Confirmati​on #[redacted] and Order Confirmati​on #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the 159.94 the company owes me and I believe they should have to pay the overdraft fees attached to my account and the returned payment fees to the power company because they told me it would be in there and it was not. If I was not told the money would be placed by that day I would never have set up the payment to come out.

Review: can not speak to a person to cancel left messages to cancel..cust service will NOT answer after being on hold for 25 minutes..told to call back later

Called twice in the last few months, left message requesting call back and to cancel..they did not, received more product in mail twice, on auto debit...Called yesterday to be on hold for 25 minutes, then recording said high call volume call back..I called at 8am this morning, same hold time with same final recording..I do not want this product, it is hard to find any info on this company online..I originally thought is was Victory Cigs as I heard it on the radio..turns out it is Victor E..Desired Settlement: would like full refund and cost to ship back products

Customer placed an order through our automated phone system. The customer has to agree to all charges before the order is placed. They do this when prompted to push a number to confirm and then enter their credit card information. We have not received return product for this customer to start doing the return/refund process.

Review: I ordered a free trial with this company, by phone. I was told that no further purchase was required but must cancel within 30 days or more products will be sent monthly. Product ordered for free trial on 6/11/14. According to them I accepted a 14 day trial and if not declined before 14 days, I would be billed. Was told I accepted this on the original phone order by supposedly by pushing a button on my phone. I did not push that to order this product...I do not even know what I have been bill for. I received the free trial product and no where on their own paperwork does it state anything about this extra order or charge at all. I did not authorize this and was billed $70.65 on 7/03/14..clearly not 30 days. This company states it will not refund my money until they receive their product back and then up to 6- 8 weeks to refund my funds. Their company "policy" is unfair to consumers and also it does not appear on any of their paperwork that you would be billed for anything further. I think they are scamming people for their own personal gain by not putting their company policy and/or any information about this extra purchase on their own packaging paperwork.

I would like my funds returned to my bank account immediately. Their product was received today 7/3/14 by mail. I returned it by writing return to sender on the packaging today 7/3/14 by mail, per instructions from [redacted] a manager with Victor E-Juice. I am not happy with a 6-8 week policy to refund my money, which their own paperwork includes nothing about. I also would like my personal and banking information removed from their system after my refund is sent.

Customer placed an order for our trial offer through our automated phone system on 6/10/14. Confirmation on the trial is disclosed and they confirm by then placing their order with a credit card. Trial was delivered to customer on 6/12/14. Customer called in to customer service the following day because they had received the wrong juice. We shipped out new juice to the customer and that was delivered on 6/20/14. On 6/27/14 the trial w as over and the customer was billed for and shipped a months supply of refills. The customer called in and canceled their membership on 7/3/14. They were given an RMA number and instructed to return the unused months supply for a full refund. We have not received anything from the customer yet to start the refund on a return process.

Review: I have tried numerous times to contact this company to cancel my account. I have tried email and tried calling the number on their website, I've spent hours on hold, no one ever answers the phone. I have taken all but three packages back to the post office. I have a receipt proving I sent them back, but I've yet to be reimbursed for the ones I sent back. I do not have their products, so I would like my money credited back to my bank account.Desired Settlement: That they honor what they in say in their radio ads, that you can cancel your account at any time and not make people go through all this hassle to cancel
