In July of I sent a carburetor to *** *** for repair After a few initial emails to establish the details of the repair, I waited several weeks before trying to contact Mr *** I made numerous phone calls and sent several emails (which included my contact information), but did not get a response My sister-in-law (who lives in the area) called Mr*** - his response was that the carburetor was fixed but he didn't know where to send it I tried to get in touch with Mr*** to give him my contact information again - but he would not answer or return my calls or respond to my email messagesI finally made contact by phone with Mr*** in January, 2017, and asked if the carburetor was fixed (he said it was), and how much my bill was I sent a check (#***) for $to Mr*** on January 13, (the check as well as the envelope had my contact information) He cashed it on February 2, Again, we waited for days for the carburetor to arrive, which it did
On 1/9/I contacted Old Paths Equipment in regards to purchasing some points push pins for a HHTecumseh engine I had first contacted them by facebook and then called to place the order I was told at that time they had the items in stock I ordered of the pins for a total of $with shipping, paying with my *** card I was told they would be sent out priority mail via USPSOn 1/18/I had not yet received anything and became concerned I attempted to made contact with them several times through e-mail and facebook with no results Several phone calls were placed with no one answering I eventually made contact by phone and was told that they were still working on the orderI waited approximately another month, giving them the benefit of the doubt I again tried contacting them through e-mail, facebook, telephone, with no responses Finally around 3/7/I made contact by phone I explained why I was calling and wanted to know the status of my order I
