To Whom It May Concern: I arrived at the [redacted] residence to offer a quote on a wind damaged roof repairWhile talking to [redacted] and her husband, I explained that we were about two weeks to a month out from doing the workAlso, upon meeting, I wanted to take the only shingle they had to match up the color***, ***'s husband, would not let me take the sample shingle to match the color as close as possibleI sent a quote/contract to them and within out of days we started getting calls from this customer to hurry up and get the roof fixed as it had started leakingSo, under pressure from the customer, we pressed over to fix the leaking roof before the next rainThe customer paid and signed the work orderWe prevented additional interior damage without time to get proper shingle colorCustomer insisted needed the leak fixed regardless of color

Upon further review of Mr [redacted] complaint and for good customer relations, we have decided to send him a check in the amount of $
