To All Who Read This, My wife purchased a NordicTrack Commercial treadmill around August 9, 2018, she also paid for a full maintenance plan in case of any problems that we may encounter with this productA weeks and half after having this treadmill, this product stop workingNordicTrack sent a replacement part to my home, so I waited for two weeks before I gave them a call to see when a technician would come out to install the partThe serviceman told me during this call that it was cheaper on (NordicTrack) for me to install this part, so I ask him if this was cover under the maintenance plan that my wife purchase, he told me yes, but he could walk me through this installAfter feeling less than a value customer, I ask for a full refund of my money and to send a person out to pick up their productAfter my request, Nordic Track true shenanigans came out in true display The team that was sent out the first time, after two weeks of my request, had to be reschedule, because they did know this pick up was disassembled pick upso, I had to reschedule and take off, which took another two weeks for them to pick up this treadmilltwo months after they picked up this treadmill, my money has not been refunded to me at this timeThis company raves about how their products are the best and how great their customer services are the best in the fitness industry, but this is all false! this Company should not rate any stars!
