We have had a storied history with Mr*** and it would not be a good use of time to re hash or rebut everything stated We have spend countless hours and have tried to Please Mr*** in every way possible We truly believe that he has received what he paid for and much much more
That being said in the interest of just putting this behind us we are willing to refund Mr*** the total of the last repair order on 3/ Where we found numerous other issues on his vehicle and repaired them at a very friendly rate We feel that the transmission is working exactly as it was designed to function and certainly much better that when he originally brought his car into us with the transmission leaking slipping on shifts and in very bad shape We will be glad give him a refund check of $*** in an effort of good faith In return, we ask that he have his vehicle serviced elsewhere in the future and hold no further claims against Danco.Sincerely,*** ***Danco Transmission
