The local version of this company is the worst I have ever done business with. After the botched my initial work (termite, new vents, moisture barrier, etc), they said they would offer me compensation for their mistakes. I waited, and waited, and then got a bill that they said they were going to take care of. Apparently they did not, and now are telling me that because of their continued mistakes, I know have to pay another 1500 dollars for termite service, because they will not honor their original work from less than 2 years ago.
I will be cancelling all of my services with them, and going to another agency, as they have continued to do me wrong, and do not care about their integrity, only bleeding me dry of money.
My daughters boyfriend got bit by a brown recluse spider in our house. So I had [redacted] come and spray. They claim to have sprayed in areas that they did not spray or go so my father called and complained they said that they would never come back to our house ever again And would not issue a refund. . My daughters boyfriend called and apologized for my father getting upset and [redacted] set up an appointment for them to come back and to respray. The manager called and talked to me and he set up an appointment to come back one more time for a follow up and they never showed after my daughter's boyfriend waited here for three hours for them to arrive. I would never ever use this business they were very rude and did not do what they said they would do. Very unsatisfied with their service !!!! The regional manager was very rude on the phone.
