have for examples and chose an exarnple herself. She never called and asked to change the deal and keep it cloth. We ordered the leather kit and it came in about 10 days later. We put the leather in and Ms. [redacted] picked it up, and was happy with it. Two days later she called and was upset. She carried on about how stupid the staff was for putting the leather in that she now claims doesn't match. We asked her to come in and show us exactly what she was upset about. The next week she came in and pointed out that she felt the seats didn't match the door armrests. The leather on the seats was the color she chose from the swatches she matched up against the door armrest. We agreed to order more leather for the armrests and the center console. The leather shop we use had to custom make the pattern for these as usually they only add leather to the seats with leather the customer chooses to match the rest of the &i.m. When the new leather came in, we took her vehicle to the leather shop. The leather shop removed the door panels and the console and kept them to work on and told us that the leather would be done in two days. I infor:rned Ms. [redacted] of everything as we did it. She replied that we were completely stupid and incompetent for not being able to do it in a matter of just a few hours. When the leather was done on the trim, Ms. [redacted] came in to pick up her vehicle. When she got here she was as happy as could be. I made a point of asking her about her  with all the leather and she told both me and [redacted] that she loved it. A week passed and Ms. [redacted] called to complain that the console didn't match. Again, she was verbally abusive, saying I was obviously stupid or a liar. She insisted that the console that she loved a week ago has not had leather added. She said a relative that was riding in her car had brought it to her attention that it didn't match. I let her know that indeed the leather was done on the console and I would be happy to supply the receipt show we had it done. She hung up on me. We have called numerous Hrnes trying to find a way to make her happy. She hasn't taken any of our calls or called back. She has a chip in her paint that she wants fixed and we have promised to take care of it but she hasn't returned our calls. I have informed her that our paint touch up guy is here on Thursdays and she can come on any Thursday. She hasn't made any contact with us for that. We would like for Ms. [redacted] to be happy with her car and we strive for customer satisfacdon.Respectfully submitted,[redacted]
