We apologize for the inconvenience this resident has experiencedWe received note of the tenants issues on 11/at which point the tenants apartment was already being treated by pest control for the roach issueOn 11/we received confirmation from our maintenance team that the tenants A/C unit
was repairedUpon receipt of this complaint, we scheduled and had new carpet installed in tenants apartment on 11/We recognize that the carpet install took longer than is ideal, but we did have some issues scheduling with the vendorFor tenants inconveniences we provided a $rental creditOur Director of leasing has communicated and received confirmation from tenant that all issues have been resolved.
