***,I apologize for the schedule mlast week, I honestly had it entered in my schedule for Thursday afternoon In my defense I did wait to meet with you at your home on Monday 10/from 11:50am until 12:45pm to meet with you while my crew was physically on site to check your concerns to
make sure they were being addressed accordingly I heard from you at that time to advise you were running late and were on the way While there I inspected the home and observed the floors to appear very clean without debris less some signs of small specs of cardboard most likely from the moving in over the weekend but generally a good cleaning was completed My crew worked the rest of that day addressing the exterior windows that we could tip in to access and reserviced the rear hall as well as touchup floors on the way out That day you completed a Customer Satisfaction Survey circling all 10's for the services provided You did note on the bottom that the miscommunication was troubling you regarding the clarity on exactly what we were doing in your home I then called and personally spoke to your husband days on 10/and he was happy with the services, stated the home definitely smelled better and as someone in the service industry appreciated our coming back out to address the concerns He then gave me different credit card into to pay the balance which I reduced by $for the miscommunication Only then did we run the card for the new balance and did not hear from anyone until your email to our Corporate office on Sunday 10/8.This project was originally priced at $4,due to both the sheer size of the home as well as the condition of it having not been properly taken care of for quite some time We agreed to come down to $3,and the project was scheduled to start on 9/ The morning we showed up to start you brought it to *** ***'s attention that after you had scheduled the work with us you had another Servpro franchise come the night before we were to begin work and they quoted $ You asked after our arrival if we could do the job for that amount to which we advised we could not and you were welcome to call them in if you would like You went ahead and had us do the workThat day we had a man crew to begin services and followed up the next day with a man crew After your call stating you were not happy we scheduled a crew out the following Monday 10/to make sure your concerns were completely addressed.Again, I am happy to come out as a courtesy to try and help alleviate odor issues if possible but in no way feel we owe any additional discounts or refund in any way as I had already deducted $to compensate for your overall frustration on miscommunication and floors that I could not see due to being covered in moving boxes that you state were left dirty.Thanks,*** *** *** *** *** *** *** * ***

The main issue to take from ***'s rebuttal:He was supposed to come back and finish but never did He promised that he would come back because he knew the job was incomplete but he never showed up The $credit was given before the job even began because another Servpro gave us an estimate $less than theirs - and is in no way correct compensation for the incomplete job The $had absolutely nothing to do with the job not being complete and *** not coming to finish *** was supposed to return, assess then house and situation then he was going to have another crew finish and/or negotiate the price Despite my calls to the office, emails, and a calls to the manager, this has never happened I never received a call from *** after the 8th when I reached out multiple times in multiple ways to communicate and get him back to finish the job Finally, after weeks of trying to get them to call me back - I hired someone else to finish*** ran my credit card without talking to me or finishing the job I, ***, hired and was in charge of the job - not my husband who was out of state *** was aware of this and called him We called Servpro on Oct AND to get someone to do the ducts and finish the job I called on the 8th because you ran my credit card without authorization that I wrote on the bill Kindly provide the bill and service agreement to the Revdex.com On this service statement I did give the secondary crew ( only people) a good review because they did their best but I also wrote on the service statement - only for the crew members and the management of the job was poor and incomplete After the 8th, I called and emailed but there was no response ever I am not requesting the entire amount be refunded - just the third of the job that wasn't completeThat is fair
