For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First let's keep in mind the promise date was 11-21-as stated on my receipt She stated the shop was broken into the week before That has nothing to do with my coat and only one window was broken and she advised nothing was taken or disturbed in the store Sunday 11-she told me she was working on it at home and for me to come to the shop Monday 11-to pick it up after I got off work When she got there, (she was not there when I arrived) the coat was not even done, so I don't know why she didn't call me back and tell me she didn't finish the coat instead of wasting my time driving back to her shop Attached screenshot from my cell phone, the yellow text was written by Ms Merriweather and at the top it even shows her cell phone number.Also, it is clear by the attachment which is a screen shot directly off my cell phone from texts on 12-19-(weeks after the promise date of 11-21) that she is lying and exaggerating about me sending harassing texts when it clearly shows that I only asked for pictures to see if she fixed the coat properly after she had to take it back to her shop on 11-24-because it did not have a proper hem, proper hood and the button holes were too big for the buttons.In this screen shot of a text from MsMerriweather that she sent on 12-19-stating if I did not approve, that she would send my money back Also she had said she was sending pictures to me on Monday 12- To this date, she has not sent any pictures to me The picture she provided of me trying on the coat was a fitting session when she first started the coat on I believe Saturday 11-14-2015. As the promise date was 11-21-2015, and it is now 1-29-2016, I do not approve and am awaiting my refund She advised in the attachment that she would refund my money right after Christmas I have not received the refund Also there are no terms on the receipt that I have from her stating that there are no refunds So, if she is a honorable business person, she will honor the text she sent and refund the my deposit as so stated on the attachment, instead of making up new terms that do not appear anywhere on the receipt she provided
