I am a REPEAT customer of [redacted] Tires, I, like most people found them via their website. I was impressed with the quality and the quantity of their inventory. Mind you, this is not a business that is run like a corporation. It is a small business, and for the most part is run as such. There staff is very knowledgable of the products they sell. And I have seen there actions when it comes to honesty. I purchased my first set of tires and wheels from their company. However, my mother was giving the wheels and tire package as a birthday gift to me and she used her credit to make the purchase. My mother was out of the country at the time and was going to call and give her credit card information. My mother had to have a notarized letter authorizing the purchase to her credit card, and had to indicate this was a gift. They are a small run company that has been around a long time. You are not going to please everybody in every situation. They are a good company, I have never had any problems with there service, they make sound and good suggestions to their customers.
I will continue to be a customer of [redacted] Tires. Their are some people in the world that will take things completely out of context.
We all have the choice of "Free Will" .
If you don't like something, live and learn from it.
We are free to make our own choices. Some people will love their service, some will hate it.
I feel that people should be fair even when voicing complaints. When we are angry we as humans tend to act upon emotions first.
