Per complain # [redacted] I was tried to response on line but response the case was number is invalid , here I am response you with this letter, first of all we would like Thank you and appreciate for you to informed us the incidence .After investigated the complain with my employee ,I hate to say this, but I was told she is a big lair,her son did used the rented tuxedo and returned one day late date of return was 9/1/she did came in on 9/2/(three peoples were there witnessed at that time) attached is a partially copied of the agreement the other half are conditions and her Identification, which she did ripped and ran off with it , she was late but my employee gave her a brake not to charge her for the late fees,but we have to put the $deposit refund back to her credit card which she was used for the payment,because of for our taxation record and merchant service chargedShe was refused and demanded for cashThat how iswas started, she tried to ran off with the agreement and replied" I am working at Bank One and I'd know how to get all my money back", in her group were tuxedos and they all rented from us every one returned there tuxedos on time and all got their deposit back they seem to be happy and no complained In business some customers are very difficult to deal with and is not easy,they pick up tuxedo days before the party date they should be tif any problems we're here day a week and we give them days to return, we tried to make customers happy , some time they just not appreciate it, they took advantaged and still gave us the problems

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is not the case, everyone in the party was unsatisfied with the service that was recieved and everyone did complain, None of the tuxeos were ready when we arrived we had to wait for them to gather everything together and there was no way my son would have wore the tuxedo due to the fact that he is a waist and the pants they provided were a waist, that Monday of 9/is a nationaly reconized holiday and when I showed up to return it that day the doors were locked so I had no choice but to bring it back on 09/I did request my deposit back and I was denied this and in fact she walked away from me while we were discussing the matter and this is why I walked away and I did state to her that I would be filing a complaint not only with the Revdex.com but also my bankAnd yes I agree there were witnesses but they were all of her employees and no other customers were thereI can vouch for not only myself but including everyone that was in the party that did business with this place and they as well can be witnesses to what I am sayingThe day I went in and picked the tuxedo up another customer who was also in the same party as me we both asked the business owner what would give them a reason as to why they wouldnt refund the deposit she said she has always given the deposit back and there would be no reason, there for I also have a witness that can vouch for meShe was completelty unprofessional and very rude mannered and she just wanted to argueI took the portion of the reciept that had a copy of my identification cause they seem very untrustworthy and I did not want them to have access to my personal information on top of having my debit card informationAfter I left the store I immediatly went to my bank and cancled my debit card and was issued another oneI also disputed all of the charges that she placedI have advised the remaining amount of the party to do so but I can not make them do itThere have been complaints place on ***, [redacted] and on your side as well as Revdex.comWhen I went in there I did explain to them that we couldnt use the tuxedo and to just go ahead and give me my deposit back and I would leave it as that, she then said no and said for me to do whatever it is that I need to do Regards, [redacted]

The complainant stated everyone did complained , This is not true, if that the case, I or we should hear or you Revdex.com should hear itThey’re actually returned their tuxedos some on Sunday and some on Monday 9/1/and they all received their security deposit, I meant All of them, except the complainant, she did stated on second letter she did came to our store on Monday 9/1/National recognized Holliday , when she showed up the door were locked , this is not true, we’re open days a week, attached please see or debit and credit transactions to proved we were opened on September 1st I did even checked with our contractor dry cleaner lady she’d picked up following Tuesday for dry clean , she said all were used and like I did said before, our the customer can pick up days before and return one day after the party date, we did gave her till Monday, eventhough she still late for one day
She was wrapped the rental agreement and ran off with the half portion, my wife quickly wrapped back the bottom part of the agreement where she was signed and agreed to returned as specified dated on the top of the contract, that why she did tried to destroyed her signed agreementWe do not keep customers credit or debit cards on file (Please see copied attached rental agreement.) Onde of my witness at that time she told my wife why you call the police, she did ran off with your stuff( my wife was replied she just don’t want any problem)
She stated we do not give security back for no reason, This is not true , if they returned past due date then there will be late fees charged that is why we have a contract written up and signed by the customers We need our me merchandise back so our cleaner can pick all up to do her job and we continued for rent, If we do not charged for a late fee, they will used and used or we have to contact them several times, some time we have to sent people to their home to picked upIt just getting harder to do the business if we do not charge them late fee when it’s late, it must be a reason for a fee
she did filled a complaint with our merchant service, but they’d denied for her requested for refundDue to the fact that her son did used our merchandise, we’re here days a week, should they have any problems they can call us or come to our store, Please don’t wait till the party over then find an excuse not to pay us( she was threatened my wife was “ do you to pay me $cash now or I’ll get all my money back”)
After all, we are as a retailer we respect for your judgment , our commitment to treat our customers fair , if we’re not dealing fair and unprofessional manner , why we’re still in the business and according to our cleaner she stated we’re number one in tuxedos rental ,because all her business came from our store
