[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Victoria is not being truthful in her statementsWe were NEVER told about this so called refund policyI NEVER told [redacted] ***, I would "wing it" for the trip, and further more, ALWAYS had intentions of attending the tourWhat I did request of [redacted] ***, after I received a text asking me to pay an additional $for an airline ticket that had been paid in full, was proof of a confirmed airline ticket before I gave her $I expressed to her that I did not want to risk loosing more money than I had already paid outI was NEVER presented with proof of confirmed airline tickets, because they were never paid forThis was confirmed by the airline via phone and [redacted] via email [redacted] confirmed that Victoria NEVER paid for our airline ticketsShe put an initial $deposit for my ticket and that was itYou're not being truthful, you held our money and used it to purchase your airline ticket through [redacted] You keep saying [redacted] would not give a refund, you NEVER paid for our ticketsA representative confirmed that they're seeking to pursue you for funds lost as wellWhat payments did I pay late? I recall one if my payments, I sent to you because I hadn't received an invoiceEVERY invoice I received, I paid immediatelyIn fact, [redacted] confirmed with me, via text, Lisa and myself were the ONLY two that paid for our flights in fullShe further stated, it might be just is four on the trip (Myself, Lisa, Alix, and Victoria)As I told you in the email, which went unanswered, I expect you to do what's right and either present my ticket I paid for or refund my moneyYou WILL NOT get away with scamming me out of my moneyYour company does not operate in integrity and you give honest travel agents a bad nameI have the rest of my correspondence and will be uploading it Regards, [redacted]

8/24/To Whom it May Concern:This is in reference to ( [redacted] ) answering the allegations of representationThe group tour in question is exactly what it was advertised to be; a [redacted] GROUP TOURInitially, Victoria's Luxe Concierge Enterprises, LLC and [redacted] *** Enterprises had set up an [redacted] Tour for months prior starting with flyers being advertised on [redacted] , creating a [redacted] group and event page of which [redacted] was privy toThere were explicit details given on the specifics of the group tour and payment plans giving the exact amount per month on what to be paid (payment plans enclosed)There was also a $non refundable feeFirst of all, no one was paying on timeSecond, [redacted] contacted me to ask the group tour breakdown and I sent her the breakdown of how much the air, tour and hotelShe asked to be exempt from the hotel because she could get the same hotel for freeAdmittedly, I made a mistake in agreeing; not knowing that she had no intention of paying for the entire trip of which I was never informed until a week prior to scheduled departureShe informed me that she told the tour guide, [redacted] ***, she was NOT going to participate on her tour and that she was going to "wing" itWho tells the tour guide they are not going to pay them? I explicitly explained to her that it is not practice with my company to separate a group tour and that everything has deadlines and there will be penalties for violating a contract between vendor and travel agent; however, I extended the courtesy to her and only [redacted] for HOTEL ONLYShe then told [redacted] the courtesy extended to her and informed [redacted] she can do the same and they could room togetherThat, again, put me at a disadvantage financially and there was a lot of back and forth via emailscontinued with group tour correspondence, people started dropping out of the group tour, I negotiated a deal with ***, to drop the required number for groups from to with the same price [redacted] informed me that there should be no changes after they agreed; however, they raised the price per ticketI told [redacted] and [redacted] they wouldn't have to pay the difference and pay the because the tour guide, ** [redacted] was going to cover it with the tour fee she receives from them, in hopes that they continue with paying for the tripThey did not and assumed because told them they paid for air and to continue with the rest of the payment plan or no airline tickets will be released and there are absolutely no refunds because it was days in from my company, [redacted] and [redacted] AIRLINESThey thought they would get a separate ticket and it doesn't work that Way......as I continued to explain time and time before, this was a group tourAn example of a group tour would be THE [redacted] CRUISE, [redacted] MUSICFESTIVAL or any package that includes air, hotel, tour, transportation and foodThe overall cost of this group tour included all of the before mentioned items for $Furthermore, we have a client, [redacted] who paid the entire amount including overage and it would not be fair if everyone paid and [redacted] or [redacted] doesn't, [redacted] willfully had no intention of paying or adhering to the payment plans that was givenSupporting documentation is attached to this noticeBecause of the failed contract agreement, [redacted] is also coming after me for the full price of tickets because they themselves were penalized from the air carrierPlease notice the price per ticket and it will show in fact that [redacted] did not pay the entire ticket price for trip, the tour, hotel, food or transportation.Regards,Victoria RVictoria's Luxe Concierge Enterprises, LLC

Enterprises had set up an Indian Hair Tour for months prior starting with flyers being advertised on ***, creating a *** group and event page of which *** *** was privy toThere were explicit details given on the specifics of the group tour and payment plans giving the exact amount per month on what to be paid (payment plans enclosed)There was also a $non refundable feeFirst of all, no one was paying on timeSecond, *** *** contacted me to ask the group tour breakdown and I sent her the breakdown of how much the air, tour and hotelShe asked to be exempt from the hotel because she decided to bunk with *** *** for a free room violating the group terms and demanded the same deal which, was my mistake in extending the courtesy to *** ***But again, this does NOT exempt *** *** from the tour costs which came with the group priceAdmittedly, I made a mistake in agreeing; not knowing that she had no intention of paying for the entire trip of which I was never informed until a week prior to scheduled departureI continued with group tour correspondence, people started dropping out of the group tour, negotiated a deal with CTS, to drop the required number for groups from to with the same priceCTS informed me that there should be no changes after they agreed; however, they raised the price per ticketI told *** *** and *** *** they wouldn't have to pay the difference and pay the because the tour guide, *** *** *** was going to cover it with the tour fee she receives from them, in hopes that they continue with paying for the tripThey did not and assumed because I told them they paid for air and to continue with the rest of the payment plan or no airfine tickets will be released and there are absolutely no refunds because it was days in from my company, CTS and LUFTHANSA AIRLINESThey thought they would get a separate ticket and it doesn't work that way......as continued to explain time and time before, this was a group tourAn example of a group tour would be *** *** ***, *** MUSICFESTIVAL or any package that includes air, hotel, tour, transportation and foodThe overall cost of this group tour included all of the before mentioned items for $Furthermore, we have a client, *** *** *** who paid the entire amount including overage and it would not be fair if everyone paid and *** *** or *** *** doesn't*** *** willfully had no intention of paying or adhering to the payment plans that was givenSupporting documentation is attached to this noticeBecause of the failed contract agreement, CTS is also coming after me for the full price of tickets because they themselves were penalized from the air carrierPlease notice the price per ticket and it will show in fact that *** *** did not pay the entire ticket price for trip, the tour, hotel, food or transportation-Regards,Victoria RVictoria's Luxe Concierge Enterprises
