 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Victoria is not being truthful in her statements. We were NEVER told about this so called refund policy. I NEVER told [redacted], I would "wing it" for the trip, and further more, ALWAYS had intentions of attending the tour. What I did request of [redacted], after I received a text asking me to pay an additional $400 for an airline ticket that had been paid in full, was proof of a confirmed airline ticket before I gave her $2000.00. I expressed to her that I did not want to risk loosing more money than I had already paid out. I was NEVER presented with proof of confirmed airline tickets, because they were never paid for. This was confirmed by the airline via phone and [redacted] via email. [redacted] confirmed that Victoria NEVER paid for our airline tickets. She put an initial $100 deposit for my ticket and that was it. You're not being truthful, you held our money and used it to purchase your airline ticket through [redacted]. You keep saying [redacted] would not give a refund, you NEVER paid for our tickets. A representative confirmed that they're seeking to pursue you for funds lost as well. What payments did I pay late? I recall one if my payments, I sent to you because I hadn't received an invoice. EVERY invoice I received, I paid immediately. In fact, [redacted] confirmed with me, via text, Lisa and myself were the ONLY two that paid for our flights in full. She further stated, it might be just is four on the trip (Myself, Lisa, Alix, and Victoria). As I told you in the email, which went unanswered, I expect you to do what's right and either present my ticket I paid for or refund my money. You WILL NOT get away with scamming me out of my money. Your company does not operate in integrity and you give honest travel agents a bad name. I have the rest of my correspondence and will be uploading it.
Regards,
[redacted]

To Whom it May Concern:This is in reference to ([redacted]) answering the allegations of false representation. The group tour in question is exactly what it was advertised to be; a [redacted] GROUP TOUR. Initially, Victoria's Luxe Concierge Enterprises, LLC and [redacted]...

Enterprises had set up an [redacted] Tour for 2014 10 months prior starting with flyers being advertised on [redacted], creating a [redacted] group and event page of which [redacted] was privy to. There were explicit details given on the specifics of the group tour and 2 payment plans giving the exact amount per month on what to be paid (payment plans enclosed). There was also a $100 non refundable fee. First of all, no one was paying on time. Second, [redacted] contacted me to ask the group tour breakdown and I sent her the breakdown of how much the air, tour and hotel. She asked to be exempt from the hotel because she could get the same hotel for free. Admittedly, I made a mistake in agreeing; not knowing that she had no intention of paying for the entire trip of which I was never informed until a week prior to scheduled departure. She informed me that she told the tour guide, [redacted], she was NOT going to participate on her tour and that she was going to "wing" it. Who tells the tour guide they are not going to pay them? I explicitly explained to her that it is not normal practice with my company to separate a group tour and that everything has deadlines and there will be penalties for violating a contract between vendor and travel agent; however, I extended the courtesy to her and only [redacted] for HOTEL ONLY. She then told [redacted] the courtesy extended to her and informed [redacted] she can do the same and they could room together. That, again, put me at a disadvantage financially and there was a lot of back and forth via emails. continued with group tour correspondence, people started dropping out of the group tour, I negotiated a deal with [redacted], to drop the required number for groups from 10 to 5 with the same price. [redacted] informed me that there should be no changes after they agreed; however, they raised the price per ticket. I told [redacted] and [redacted] they wouldn't have to pay the difference and pay the 1461.00 because the tour guide, **. [redacted] was going to cover it with the tour fee she receives from them, in hopes that they continue with paying for the trip. They did not and assumed because told them they paid for air and to continue with the rest of the payment plan or no airline tickets will be released and there are absolutely no refunds because it was 30 days in from my company, [redacted] and [redacted] AIRLINES. They thought they would get a separate ticket and it doesn't work that Way......as I continued to explain time and time before, this was a group tour. An example of a group tour would be THE [redacted] CRUISE, [redacted] MUSICFESTIVAL or any package that includes air, hotel, tour, transportation and food. The overall cost of this group tour included all of the before mentioned items for $4500. Furthermore, we have a client, [redacted] who paid the entire amount including overage and it would not be fair if everyone paid and [redacted] or [redacted] doesn't, [redacted] willfully had no intention of paying or adhering to the payment plans that was given. Supporting documentation is attached to this notice. Because of the failed contract agreement, [redacted] is also coming after me for the full price of 5 tickets because they themselves were penalized from the air carrier. Please notice the price per ticket and it will show in fact that [redacted] did not pay the entire ticket price for trip, the tour, hotel, food or transportation.Regards,Victoria RVictoria's Luxe Concierge Enterprises, LLC

Review: I was scheduled to take a trip to India through this company. The company, owned by Victoria R[redacted] was hired by [redacted] to take a group of 10 on a trip to learn about the extension hair business. Ms. R[redacted] and [redacted] accepted payment toward a airline ticket that they never had intentions on providing me with. Months ago, after seeing the trip wasn't coming together as presented, I requested a refund of the monies paid. Ms. R[redacted] via email denied my refund, stating the tickets had already been purchased through her vendor [redacted] Travel Service (also known as [redacted]) and they were no longer offering refunds on the ticket. I was further told via email and [redacted] mail that I would receive ticket confirmation by July 31, 2014. August 1, 2014 I contacted the airline that was listed in all of my prior correspondence. I was informed by the airline that they did see my name listed in a group of four, but did not show that the ticket was issued. The airline explained the reason was for non payment. They advised me to contact my travel agent immediately. I emailed Ms. R[redacted], never received a response to my email. In fact, to date I have not received a response. At close of business on August 1, 2014 I emailed [redacted]. I received a response on August 4, 2014 confirming my biggest fear. Ms. R[redacted] had never paid for my ticket and scammed me out of my money. They also confirmed that they too are pursuing Ms. R[redacted] for monies lost during this process. I paid invoices through [redacted] for an airline ticket that I never received. I contacted [redacted] to request a refund only to find that travel is not covered under there buyers protection program. I'm disputing the charges on my [redacted], but still have a portion of the ticket that was paid through funds in my [redacted] account. Adding injury to insult Ms. R[redacted] along with [redacted] boarded a flight, through an alternate company and are currently in India. This is a horrible way of doing business and I don't want anyone to ever go through this.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back. The ticket was never purchased and I am owed a full refund. Not to mention the money I spent getting to Atlanta because the group was scheduled to leave from there. I received [redacted] mail and email assuring me my flight was paid. I want my ticket or a refund.
