I would highly recommend them!

Before the tenants moved in Springfield Development called *** to let her know there was still work that needed to be done, and that we needed to move back her move in dateAs stated in the pre-lease agreement, we do everything we can to
make the unit ready by the date listed on the pre-lease, but it is not guaranteed as the property had just been purchased and closed onThey stated they could not wait and that we could finish what needed to be done after they had moved inWe have no work order in regard to the heat not working- if there is a problem with the heat there will need to be a work order made by *** in the officeWe have reviewed the utility issue at her address and the current utility bills are not paying anywhere near *** a month in utilities, so that is simply untrueThe leak and draft in the utility basement are being addressed, as the window glass has to be custom ordered due to the age of the homeWe have done our best to supply a comfortable home at a reasonable price with a newly renovated kitchen and nice sized bedrooms w/ original hardwood flooringClearly this is ***'s first rental experience and she does not understand how horrible some landlords are who do absolutely nothing once someone has moved in no matter what needs to be fixed or taken care ofWe have had the outside of the unit power-washed, provided her with a new stove when the current unit did not have a working clock, replaced their hot water heater, re-routed their washer and dryer service in the basement, built a custom storage unit for their lawn mower, serviced the air conditioning e=several times until it worked properly, among many other work ordersTo say they have had nothing done since they moved in is ridiculousWe strive to do our best in these instances as we manage over *** rental unitsService is not instantaneous and has to be taken care of based on priority

We sent the security deposit out on 2/28/18, it has not been sent back or anythingI will say he contacted our office and was harassing us and cursing at usI told him I do not appreciate nor tolerate that behavior and do not contact our office again

This egregious misrepresentation of facts from Ms*** is of no surprise to our companyThe application fee she paid was non-refundable and is required in order for our company to process an application which includes verifying employment
history, rental history, and incomeMs*** had a friend give a employment verification which was later found out when we called HR at the location of her "supposed" transfer in SpringfieldThey have no record of her transferringWe cannot deny another customer who has succesffuly completed the application process and needed verifications a unit that is available just because Ms*** wants said unit even though she provided information that could not be verifiedThis world, though Ms*** doesn't seem to realize, does not cater to her and her aloneIt is first come first serveWe provided the service in which she paid for to try and verify her rental, employment, and income informationShe is just unhappy that she provided information and didn't get away with itWe have done our due diligence and after Ms*** was extremely combative and rude to me on the phone ( I am not Melissa, she didn't even take seconds to hear what my name was before telling me she didn't want to speak to a 'half manager') I told her not to contact this office on the phone again after she continued to yell and talk over me for the duration of the phone callI would advise Ms*** to not try and pull the wool over a future rental company's eyes in regards to her employment situationDishonesty never pays off

Ms*** had a friend give a employment verification who worked at the company she is supposedly transferring toOnce we verified with the actual HR department of the company we were informed she was not transferring nor had she filled out any of the paperwork in order to start the transfer processOur company processed her application which was explained in the previous correspondenceThat is the service she paid $for and the service that was renderedWe cannot refuse other customers who apply and are approved who did not provide any informationThat would be like if Ms*** put an offer in on a house but could not get proof of funding, and then expecting the seller to take NO OTHER OFFERS because in her world her offer is the only one that mattersWe again advise Ms*** not to try to pull the wool over the eye's of another Landlord by providing or unverifiable information regarding her employment transferThis is becoming ridiculous and childish which is EXACLTY why she was told not to contact our office again unless in writing as she constantly over-talked my staff and myself acting like a petulant child making zero sense

Great daycare! The owners are exceptional, helping each family individually My son and I had to relocate, but we still drop in because he and I both miss the teachers!

I have taken my kids here for a long timeNumerous times, i.have ran into being overcharged countless times and being harassed for outstanding balances owed on my phoneInstead of notifying me by seeing a bill in the mail or via email, the owners only shove a statement in the box at the location that I have no longer attended in monthsThey then send a very unprofessional threat to pay or go to court text to my phone, without even notifying me through the mail or email about a balance to pay They have overcharged me many times

Response *** *** has not contacted our Office in over three yearsThe State paid for repairs to her home and all repairs were completed, inspected by the State, and signed off on as completed in fullThe State offered to tear down her home and build her a new one

When I came home the yard was clean, they did a fantastic job We had recently had a bad experience with someone who did our concrete floors so in the back of my mind I was expecting the worst I was so pleasantly surprised The huge tree that was leaning toward our house was gone The yard was so clean I was like hey were they even here but the tree was goneThey did it while we were at work and reasonably priced We had gotten another quote but this was a better price which also make you wonder yes? But no worries At least call and have them give you a price It's worth it So glad we went with Affordable Tree Service
