Customer [redacted] has returned several items from an order placed 4/17/as well as items from a 5/8/orderWhen we track her return through the post office through the label she used these items were not returned back to us until October which was and months past customer's order dateTherefore due to our return policy customer is only entitled to an instore credit for all items returned since the return has exceeded our day return policyOur return policy in printed on the back of our packing slips which customer filled out and returned with merchandiseOur return policy is also printed in every catalog as well as onlineCustomer is also claiming on her packing slips that she filled out that she returned items however only were in the boxWe will take care of all items returned and will send a credit voucher in the amount of to customerPlease see attached document showing when return label was created and when customer returned merchandise back

We received a mail order from Patricia [redacted] on 7/for items with check # [redacted] for $ Her items totaled $and she did not include shipping and handling Source codes generate promotions such as free shipping and the source code that was provided did not generate free shipping so customer was charged $for shippingitem (fairy door necklace) $was shipped out 7/21/ w/partial shipping the total came to $The 2nd item (Jezebel Ring Bracelet) for $ was no longer available and a refund was created THe 3rd item (lace parasal) $ was on order and not available to ship until the 2nd week in September This notice was on the packing slip of the first original item, letting her know about the backorder Customer called on 8/7/wondering where the rest of her order was She was told the parasol was on order and would not be able to ship until mid September and that the item was no longer availableA refund check would generate for the left over monies when the order is shipped complete The customer did not want to wait until the backorder arrived in to receive her refund check We cancelled her orginal order and placed a new order ($29.95) with the monies on her account This left $to be refunded Her Parasol is due in just a few weeks and we will get that right out to her We certainly apologize for this misunderstanding and confusion Since the free shipping was not applied to her original order with the source code, we will certainly issue a refund of the $3.98, that check should arrive within a week.We hope Ms [redacted] understand that this was a misunderstanding and we would like to restore her faith in Victorian Trading Co With her refund check she will receive a coupon to be used on her next order if she mails the check back to us to apply to her order.We hope you will remain a loyal customer

Customer [redacted] placed an order on December 11th for a hemingway pencil cupThere was such a high demand for this item that we sold out of a few shipmentsWe have since received a large shipment in for this item and currently have over in stockI am showing that on 1-14-customer called to cancel her orderThe order that customer placed T [redacted] has been cancelled per customer requestWe have the item in stock now and if customer is interested in placing another order please call us at ###-###-####We are sorry for any inconvenience

Customer [redacted] II placed an order for a statue on 12/8/in the total amount of $ He called up to cancel the order outside of our business hours Customer also emailed to cancel the item The order was already being processed in our warehouse and could not be canceled The agents advised Mr [redacted] that he can return the item or "refuse" the item for a refund He emailed us on 12/letting us know that he refussed the order and gave us the tracing number.On 12/he emailed us about his return, looked thru returns that have been opened and ready to process and his had not been received He emailed several times between 12/and 12/ On December we let him know that we had not received it yet to process, however, we would be happy to go ahead and refund him that following day after we check with the receiving/returns department On 12/we confirmed it was returned back to us and we processed a full refund of $back to his Mastercard He was told that this transaction was done and would appear on his mastercard within 24-hours.We do try to get all returned transactions done in a timely manner, however, during the Christmas time the handle time for returns is within weeks We do apologize for any inconveniences Mr [redacted] endured during this time Since the refund has been issued and the customer notified we are considering this customer service issue on our end closed

It is not trueI took notes of the dates, times, and contacts that I spoke with at the Victorian Trading Company, and I have the documented proof that my return package was received on a certain date and timeThis is really very unprofessional and unbelievableI can't believe that they would stoop so low and lie so boldly about thisI took a photo of my return label alsoI have spoken to at least different people in their customer service department, that confirmed that my package had been received and that it was waiting to be processed, but that they were behind in their returns departmentNo one has called me back or sent a letter out to meThis is the worst business that I have ever purchased fromThe are totally unprofessional, and they don't return ANY phone callsIt is frustrating when a customer can't even get a business to communicate with themIt's been weeks since returning my package of items, and no phone call, refund, letter, or exchangeThey get an F-from meI hope that the owners of VTC wake- up, do some research, and get things in better order at their companyAlso, that they send me out a refund check or letter of credit for an exchange soonThank you Revdex.com.:)

*** *** purchased a mug and a book on 12/at 12:pm and added "standard rush shipping"It was our guarantee to reach customer by Christmas Delivery When customer called on 12/we found out that it was not going to reach her by Christmas Due to high volume this Christmas
season the US Mail and UPS were delivering almost days behind We issued credit for her entire shipping (standard plus the $4.95) $since it wasn't going to make it Customer was still upset so we placed a new order (free of charge) for the same items and put them on a NEXT DAY so customer would receive on 12/24/16.The customer was refunded her entire shipping and received a replacement order on 12/24/AT 11:AMby UPS NEXT DAY (tracking ***).Customer has also received the original shipment on 12/29/at 11:by USPS(***).As we are sorry that the customer did not receive her original order in time as "guaranteed for Christmas Delivery" it did get out in a timely manner and because of reasons beyond our control it was not delivered in time Customer has received a full refund for entire shipping and received and extra order at no charge we feel that the customer has been compensated by Victorian Trading Company.Orders: *** & *** Thank you.
