I did receive a gift certificate but only because this time I made a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE, but was never taken seriously until I field a complaint. The value of the gift certificate is still less then the value of the tote and towel. So what I'm asking is for the same amount or another item form Victoria's Secret that will equal the value of the tote and towel ($44.00).

I am truly sorry you were not happy with our response.   With the additional information you provided, I was able to locate a copy of all conversations you have had with our Click to Chat team in December. Please be assured that I have partnered with the appropriate Supervisor to ensure this is handled as a coaching opportunity. Thank you, so very much, for providing the additional information so I could locate this.   With regard to your special offers, you are correct, up to 3 compatible offer codes may be redeemed on one order at this time. However, a gift with purchase promotion may not be redeemed on the same merchandise as another gift with purchase promotion. In the case of your order, you purchased 3 items totaling $75. This qualified you for either the PINK tote or the $20 Reward card; as you only purchased $75 and not $150 to qualify for both together, your order only qualified for one free item. I regret I am unable to send you a reward card since you chose the free tote on the order. Please refer to the provided offer details when redeeming special offers to ensure what qualifications need to be met for redemption, as well as any restrictions.   I previously provided the feedback regarding the product packaging to the Leadership Team in our Distribution Center. I assure you they will address any concerns they find with our packaging procedures. It is always our goal to provide our customers with quality merchandise at a good value. Not meeting this goal is disappointing not only to you, but to us as well.  We assure you that your specific comments regarding your PINK pants and top have been noted.  Improving our quality and our quality control procedures are always top priorities with us. Victoria's Secret invites you to return or exchange any merchandise that does not meet your expectations.  To make the return and exchange process as seamless as possible, we provide several different options.  I invite you to return or exchange your merchandise via mail.  Or to expedite your exchange process, you may call our Customer Service department at ###-###-#### and we will be happy to assist you in placing a phone exchange. We also now offer the opportunity to drop your return/exchange off at your local store.  The service includes free return shipping and provides a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package.  Please note that stores are unable to process your return without an invoice.
