I RESPECTFULLY DISAGREE WITH THE CUSTOMER THE CUSTOMER OBVIOUSLY HAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY THAN WE DO BOTTOM LINE IS IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES LAID OUT FOR THE DUMPSTER SERVICE AND THE EQUIPMENT THAT WE HAVE, WE CANNOT SERVICE THE CUSTOMER AND HOPE TO MAKE A PROFIT THE 1ST CONTAINER WAS SEVERELY OVERLOADED AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT ON THE TONS ABOVE THE TONE LIMIT THE 2ND CONTAINER WAS REMOVED AT CUSTOMER REQUEST AND MATERIAL LEFT BEHIND OUT OF THE DUMPSTER IS NOT GOING TO BE HAULED FOR FREE.GET ANOTHER DUMPSTER COMPANY I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU

Customer ordered the dumpster and was given a price for the dumpster which included delivery, removal, disposal (up to 2 tons), and 7 days rental.       When the dumpster was delivered the customer was told that we do not recommend placing the dumpster off a paved service.  ...

    Our order form clearly states that we are not responsible for damage done to driveways or yard due to the placement of the dumpster.     The dumpster is clearly labeled that the weight limit is 2 tons.       Customer had the driver place the container in the yard and then loaded it with 3.7 tons of debris.      Customer then called for a switchout.     Driver did yard damage trying to get the dumpster out of the yard.     Driver states that he did not damage gutters.       Driver refused to put new dumpster in the yard because it took much too long to get the 1st dumpster out and company cannot make money if he spends an hour stuck in a yard or we have to call a tow truck.     Customer told driver they did not want 2nd dumpster.      Then when 1/2 hour away customer changed mind and had driver bring dumpster back and place in driveway.       When I weighed the dumpster I called the customer and told them that we would have to charge for the tonnage over 2 tons.       Customer refused to pay overage charges and wanted dumpster picked up.      I told them I was going to pick up 2nd dumpster which they had not paid for.       I picked up the 2nd dumpster after dumping out the debris they had already put inside.      Customer owes me $100 for the tonnage overage on the first dumpster.      I should also be charging a dead run fee for the 2nd dumpster since they ordered it and then changed their mind.       The cost to run a truck out and deliver and pick up a dumpster is $100/hour at a minimum.        I've already lost $270 on this account because they want something for nothing and fail to follow the rules.     I can send a copy of the signed order form in which our regulations regarding weight capacity, damage to driveways or yards due to customers placement directions, and dead run charges are clearly explained     For convenience I have attached an unsigned copy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We do have completely different stories apparently, mine is the truth and yours is a bunch of lies that contain things that could not have physically happened and I can easily disprove. The bottom line is we did actually follow the guidelines, we were under the maximum weight, and your company did not complete the agreement (that of course is besides the lying, unnecessary destruction of my property, and your trespassing)You did not complete the agreement and so I should not have to pay, simple.Also, I would never do business with you again in a million years, are you serious? My pending reviews of your company on every possible website I can find along with word-of-mouth will ensure you continued lost business but you apparently have no concern of that as you continue this. Do you really think I am ever going to be okay with the way your company has treated us? Everything I said is the truth; your company has been deceitful, destructive, disrespectful, and has created hours and hours of additional work for us. Would you be okay with it if you were in my shoes??
