Victors a pervert!!!
Does anyone else knows how every time someone calls this guy out all he does is talk about how he has connections all over the world and all of that unimpressive meaningless boastful crap? No one cares about what you have or what you've done because you're a freakishly tall ugly pervert who wants to see young women naked during photo shoots

Review: I have joined Victors International Modeling Agency in June of 2015. I had my photoshoot done on June 24,2015 by one of his photographers. I had paid him 390.00 for the photoshoot. Victor then gave me a piece of paper saying to send him a check for 195.00 to get my model composite cards and a disk with all my photos on it in the mail. The process says on the paper it usually only takes 4 weeks to have everything you paid for in the mail after. I have still not yet received anything and it is now almost November. I contacted him by phone on August 20, 2015 about the pictures and he said the machines in Miami had a problem and they were fixing their machines which sets back the process. I then decided to email him on October 9, 2015 because I started to think he was lying because this is taking to long. He emails me the same story saying they are still fixing their machines and that is when I asked for my money back. He then tells me he has already shipped my pictures off to them, but I feel like he was just saying that to keep my money. He was being very rude after telling me I am being very impatient and complaining to much. Then he tells me when he sends the pictures to me that I will not be considered in his agency anymore and I should be on my own. I wasn't complaining but I feel it is very odd that this is taking so long for me to just get my pictures and composite cards. I am writing this complaint because at this point I don't want the pictures anymore and I just want my money back because he told me I'm not even going to be part of his agency anymore after. I feel I should just have my money back then because I am paying just for pictures now instead of getting jobs with him after.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is my money back since the process is taking entirely to long and I have been patient for over 5 months. Thank you.

Response:

My agency has been in business for over 22 years. I represent models and actors in markets throughout the United States, and I have an extensive clientele that hires my models and actors all over the country. I personally hand pick and develop each and every talent that I choose to represent with the intention of giving them the opportunity to get work as a model or actor. I make money ONLY when they get jobs. I am only as good as the talent I represent, so you can understand why I spend the time to make sure every one I represent has the right photos and comp cards required by my clientele. Every talent I represent goes through the same process from start to finish, just as the major agencies in New York and Los Angeles do for their talent and what I personally did when I got started as a model. I use one of the best photo labs in the country to print the composite cards my models use to get jobs for the past 22 years. The lab is used by all the top agencies in the country based in Miami, Florida. There are no labs of this quality in the gulf south that do composites cards like this. However, they get extremely busy during the busy seasons, mainly fall and winter. The major agencies in the big markets print 500 cards per model, and they re-do photos every six weeks as the market is constantly changing. I only need 50 cards printed and we only update photos every year and a half to two years. But I only print a few girls or guys at a time, so I am NOT their number one priority. So I tell ALL MY TALENT the day we shoot their photos to be patient. It will take time depending on the lab....which I have NO CONTROL OVER!! It's OK with me because they are the best and a models comp card is their business. The client will choose to see them for an audition or hire them based off their comp cards....so they need to be great! I have 6 other talent waiting for their cards just like Lauren, and I have not had one problem with any of them. They get it. I can't make it go any faster and I won't settle for less. I also told her that the photographer sent me several images from the shoot for me to use in case there was any job opportunities that came up while we were waiting for her cards to be printed. I do this for everyone. We sent her photos out for two jobs already. So the fact that the cards are taking longer than the "approximate time frame" (see attached procedure sheet given to my talent after the photo shoot) does not stop us from promoting her and getting her job opportunities. She called me two times and I explained the process both times. Then she emailed and said she wanted her money back. I told her the cards were in Miami being printed and they will be mailed to her as soon as I receive them from the lab. I also told her I would NOT be interested in representing her with my agency any longer because I don't want to work with someone who has trust issues and thinks I am trying to get over on them. So there is no refund to be sent. She paid for her photo shoot and the photographer shot the pictures (which she called me after the photo shoot and told me how great of a photographer he was and how much fun she had). She paid for her composite cards and they were ordered like I told her before she sent in this complaint, and I am expecting them from the lab this week. The 50 composite cards will be mailed to her along with her disc of over 500 photos the photographer shot on her (standard photo shoots include 120 images). She will have what she paid for and she can now use them as she likes. It is very disappointing to get a complaint from someone when all you are doing is trying to help them do what is required to get in the business and do it the RIGHT way!

Regards,

The reason why I want my money back is because now it is pointless to even have the comp card and the disk if Victor threatened to not be my agent after. I was not complaining I was just curious to why it kept taking so long because on the paper it says it takes at least 4 weeks for everything to be printed in Miami. He was being very offensive about the whole thing when I just asked for my money back because I was already being patient for 5 months. Victor didn't send my disk out to Miami until 4 months after I paid him. I feel like this isn't fair to me to pay this money and not have anything in the next five months still. Of course I choose to just have my money back. He made up excuses twice about the machines in Miami being redone which is very odd around the time frame that I am waiting for my pictures and comp cards. Yes the photoshoot was exciting but I haven't seen anything since I have done the pictures though. In ways I thought I was being scammed and since he doesn't even want to represent me anymore I think the best thing to do for this to be resolved is to just get my money back. That is all I am asking.

I understand how the process goes. But I think it is ironic that now you sent my photos and everything off after I complained on this site. I don't expect to have the money back from the photographer because he took my pictures. But I do think the professional way of handling this situation is to at least give me back the 190$ and I will ship back my composite cards since I am not representing your company anymore. The time I have waited for 5 months, I think it is fair to just give me the 190$ back that I gave you while waiting for this process to be done. Like I said, If I ship back the composite cards. You can then ship me back the 190$ I don't expect you to give me all the money back because the photographer took his time out to develop the pictures on the disk.

First she wanted all of her money back and now realizes that the photographer did actually spend his time shooting her photos...and that you have to pay for your photos once you agree to have them taken and use the photographers time and effort. Now she agrees and doesn't want her money back from the photographer, but wants her money back for her composite cards, even though she agreed to have them printed. The composite cards were ordered and sent to the lab in Miami over three weeks ago, where they were waiting to be printed, way before she sent in the complaint to the Revdex.com on October 30, 2015. Now she is suggesting I did not send the cards to Miami to be printed until after her complaint on October 30, 2015...IMPOSSIBLE!! That means her cards would have had to be shipped to Miami, printed and delivered in 3 days...since I mailed her cards to her on November 3, 2015 certified mail. She has received her cards and her photos like she paid for. She can use her cards to find representation with any agency of her choice...thanks to my efforts. Case closed! I wish her the best.VictorVictor's International
