Mr*** is making several claims:
The car was never damaged at the car washHe showed us a picture of couple of
chip paints and yellow scratches, something that indicates he probably backed his car into a Yellow PoleThere's nothing in the tunnel that could chip the paint and certainly there are no yellow equipment to leave a yellow mark
We have responded to him several times, both at the wash and from the corporateWe have offered to walk him thru the tunnel, shown him the soft brushes that we use, shown him the cameras at various stages of the washThere was no equipment malfunction during his visit, and there's no way possible that the soft brushes could chip the paint on the bumper and leave a yellow mark
We have gone out of our way several times to offer him a local shop that could fix his bumper at less than half the cost of what he's claiming, and even offered him, without admitting any guilt and as a customer courtesy, as much as washing his car for up to months for free (a $value)
Mr*** apparently hit his car somewhere else and thought he can blame it on the car wash (a lot of people might think this is an easy approach)! He has been very unreasonable, rejected all of our offers, and opted to make an unreasonable and egregious claim
After several conversations with the client, we finally told him to report it to his insurance company and let their adjuster pay us a visitI am positive that the insurance representative will come to the same exact conclusion as what we have presented
Victorville Speedwash is a very well know establishment in the high desert community, with thousands of daily visits by patrons, that trust their cars to our team members and our top of the line wash equipment, day in and day out
At this time, we consider this case closed

First of all, the Speedwash did not show me the footage before my car entered the wash, because they know for a fact that they damaged itThey are lying about saying they showed me the footage
Secondly, my insurance agent already responded to me and said the car wash was liable for damages after they conducted an investigation
Thirdly, the owner, who also owns another speedwash is constantly getting negative reviews from multiple people saying their car was damaged when it was being washed so for them to say the damage can't be made from their wash is all a lie
If it wasn't the wash's fault why would they even suggest giving me a free membership

The several times I went to the wash I asked to be shown the footage of the back of my car and was only shown the car's front once the damage was done and everyone there denied to show me THAT footagePlus, according to ***, the general managed, you and the partners say there is no way the wash could have caused the damage, when your other wash is causing damage tooI'm not saying that it is the same car wash I'm saying errors can happen and they did with me
Don't be so defensive and stand up for what your wash DID do, because I have witnesses that agree with me that my car was fine minutes before I entered the tunnel
Don't offer me a membership that I don't want from a place that damaged my car!
