First and foremost, We greatly appreciate Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for being our clients for over 4 years.
There has not been a single issue that I am aware of that Mr. [redacted] has brought to my attention regarding any "Unresolved issues." I would...

love to have an opportunity to sit down and resolve any issues he might have.
Although he is not currently enrolled into our program we take pride in making sure we always do the right thing. Their son [redacted] is an extraordinary child. He is one of our best. they did enroll for our school and re enrolled 2 more times after the first program. We are grateful for them allowing us to teach their child.
I am truly sorry for any misunderstanding regarding our program. We try our best to communicate with out clients better but I believe it was not successful in this isolated incident. We are also very sorry we were not able to meet their expectations. When it was expressed he was not happy with our program, and they stopped showing up for about 3 weeks, we immediately cancelled his program and they were not charged with any further tuition fees. Although we were never notified to cancel their membership, we did so because we felt that it was the right thing to do.
We did ask him to sign the paperwork which contains liability waiver and required social security number in case they default in payments along with their information. The enrollment papers are up to code with all the requirements for state of California
We have never had any person teach the classes unless they were fully certified black belts from KUKKIWON (the governing body for TKD in Korea). You can freely find certification for each one of my instructors in the Kukkiwon site through the world wide web. We usually have anywhere between 3-4 instructors on the floor. All of our instructor's age are currently 18 years old to 37 years old and we can prove that with proper CA IDs. We have had assistants who are younger but the head instructor and the master are the ones that mostly teach all the classes. Our Instructors that are in charge of the classes are all CPR certified and have been livescanned for background checks.
The Black Belt Certificate was a mistake which we took full responsibility for. We have since communicated with Mrs. [redacted] and have apologized for the inconvenience form the mistake. She is fully aware of the solutions we have provided and have expressed satisfaction on how we are handling it. We have confirmed that the certificate is in route and they should receive shortly. We also have put protocol in place that will ensure we minimize mistakes regarding this manner in the future.
We understand Mr. [redacted] was extremely upset with us for not allowing his son into class for lack of required equipment. He has since not shown up and we knew he would not be returning because how he expressed his disagreement with our policy. We understand this is what that has triggered the complaints. He has every right to feel the way he feels, However we still stand by our decision on not allowing our students to do the classes without proper equipment which are clearly stated on the manual and the paperwork they signed and initialed regarding understanding such rules.
