>> I am a singleyear old widowed woman, I used this company last year to get my home re roofed and other things like paint and gutters done Everything went smooth last year This year after the big July hail storm I called them and I thought I would use them againThere was a different person last yearUsing them this time was a big mistake! First they showed up late to meet the adjuster, then neither one of them got on the roof and to this day still haven't gotten on my roof and it isn't a hard roof to get on When the check from the insurance company came Lesa and Tia came back to my house , Then they told me they would do the work for whatever the insurance company paid and had me sign a contract, but then said they had to take the contract back to the office to finish filling it outThey did not explain anything to meI never got a copy of this contract until weeks after the roof was put on and I called and asked several times When they put the roof on they didn't finish the ridge, I could see dents on vents they were suppose to change out but didn't and I really knew something was wrong when metal parts of my sky light were on the ground after a windy night I called Victory several times during regular business hours, sometimes I spoke to someone, sometimes I left a message, it really didn't matter they don't return calls either wayA couple of times Tia told me that they were busy and would get someone to finish the ridge and get back to me, but no one ever did, I had to keep calling themI documented my calls in a previous letter to the Revdex.com that was a complaint, but they will not post it.When I spoke to Lesa, the owner, she told me she would bring me my contract, but she never came, she finally emailed it to me, which as it turns out has different color inks on it which means they kept adding different things to it, she also told me they got a new gutter machine and the guys had to learn to use before she could do my gutters I don't want someone new doing my gutter work Finally I told Tia I would get someone else to do the paint, gutters, windows and other work she seemed like she could care less and told me fine and again stated they would now bring me a new contract for just the roof, but I still haven't gotten that Now my roof is done, but the vents are different colors, the skylights still haven't been replace and they are covered with hail dents and they are billing me for things that my son doesn't think they did Everything they did was unprofessional and marginal, and I think they are trying to take advantage of meI will not be using them ever again

Victory 1 replaced our roof after the big hail storm. It was a very positive experience and completed in a timely manner. The decision to have Lesa and Victory 1 Roofing out for future needs is an easy one to make!

We had our dad's roof done on June 3rd & 4th, 2015 and we had nothing but a 100% positive experience from start to finish. It was an Old Colorado City home with 1 layer of wood shake and 2 comp shingles and steep. What a beautiful roof they put on. The owner of Victory 1 Roofing, came out several times to ensure our roof was being done with the utmost care. The sales and office staff are very knowledgable and courteous. I highly recommend everyone to give Victory 1 Roofing a call.
