Description Of Work:
I brought my vehicle in for repair, specifically stating brake issues and noise coming from the front of the vehicleLater that day I received a phone call stating that the issue was a rear brake line and agreed to do the repair
Unfortunately the service was not performed well and was severely inadequate because within about two miles of leaving their shop with said repaired vehicle my front driver side tire completely fell off
When I returned to the shop, ***, the store manager, claimed that they never removed the front tire for the inspection or the repair*** claimed that the responsibility fell on another shop who rotated my tires weeks earlier
After sending Victory Auto a complaint letter they reluctantly agreed to put the tire back on at no charge and cover the towIt took several additional reluctant conversations to get them to fix the fender that was damaged
I picked up my car about a week later, *** couldn't even look me in the eye when I came into the shop and when he drove my car around to the front
While driving home I noticed that my brake peddle was going further down than and that a new noise was now coming from the front of my car when I turned leftI emailed Jason, the general manager for Victory Auto the following morning and we agreed to bring my car to their Brooklyn Park location on Monday to be looked at
I didn't want to wait till Monday and wanted a second opinion so I took it to another shop
The new shop reported that
1) Victory Auto neglected to properly clean corrosion from my caliper brackets (from additional brake work that was done at Victory Auto in November)
2) Victory Auto neglected to bleed rear proportioning valve, resulting in air in the break hydraulic system
3) Victory Auto neglected to secure the said repaired brake lineOut of brackets that the other brake lines are secured to, the new one that Victory Auto installed was only secured on one of those brackets
I emailed this information to Jason, the general manager as well as some photos showing additional damaged caused by my tire falling off and some molding that their body shop didn't put back onto the frame
Jason's only reply to the other shops comments of Victory Autos carelessness and my photos was that I could return to the body shop to have the molding put on if i'd like

They consistently give me quality service with the best price! I wouldn't go anywhere elseThese guys are my go to repair/maintenance shop for all my auto needs

victory Auto Maplewood is the best car care service center in all of Minnesota periodI been taking my cars there since I found out about themI am 110% satisfy ever time time they work on any of my cars and will recommend them to anyone in need of car car

My automobile broke down in Albert Lea, MN, and I had it towed to Victory Auto Service in St. Paul. We arrived 5 minutes before they closed at 6pm. Steve, the manager, and the last mechanic still there, kindly checked me in to get a new air conditioning compressor and belts installed. They were also patient in allowing me time to call for a ride and to unload all my belongings from my car.

They performed the work quickly the next day and charged me fairly on the low end of the range of cost for such service. They did fine work as well.

I've been using Victory Auto Service & Glass since I moved to Minnesota 3 years ago. I appreciate their amazing customer service and knowledgeable technicians.

Five star business friendly staff excellent service quality prices

These guys are great. They fit me in for a wheel and tire issue on my way out of town for work. They had me on the road in less than an hour. Chad and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Highly recommend !

Hi Laura,   Thanks for reaching out to us about this concern with [redacted]'s recent visit to our Brooklyn Park location.  We have a company that is only supposed to email our customers maintenance items that they have opted in for reminders upcoming.  We have an option for in house...

only use through our management system for texting in situations where the client asks us to send invoices or estimates through this preferred option they request.  Unfortunately what happened was the company that sends email reminders for us used the client numbers on file (they have access to our database) to send a mass text to everyone to have the option to receive maintenance and service reminders via text without our approval.  They have since apologized and removed everyone from this communication.  My apologies to [redacted] for the mix up and him receiving unwanted text(s).  I personally made sure he is off of every mailing list and removed all phone numbers from our system.  I also verified to make sure the third party who sent the origional text also had removed all his information.  Again my sincere apology to Mr. [redacted].  We don't sell lists and we don't collect information for anything other than follow up of current visits and reminders of future repair work or maintenance.     Again my sincere apology for the issue.
