We brought my 2006 Cadillac DTS in for some work. I could feel vibrating during acceleration and braking. They told us what the problem was and gave us an estimate of the price. When we went back to pick up the car, the price was almost exact, so that was good. The technician added on the invoice that there were multiple oil leaks. Of course that is enough to concern us, so we believe this should have been more specific. The person going over our bill explained he could go and get the technician for clarification, but we declined. My husband was afraid he would get angry, so we just paid and left. We have never seen any oil leaks at all. If they do exist, this should have been told to us before work began, so they could have checked this out in more detail and tell us what the problem was. When I got in my car to drive away, the air conditioning was on full blast. I always turn off the air, radio, etc. before I turn off the ignition. I understand this is a minor thing, but technicians should leave vehicles the same way they find them.
