Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This vehicle was also priced as a Rubicon and not a Sport There is nearly a $10,difference in MSRP and there is no way this Sport edition had $20,of added features as it didnt even have power locks and windows And even when I was signing the contract, there was no indication on any of the pages that this vehicle was a Rubicon or even a Sport, but once again, I was assured it was a Rubicon Regards, [redacted]

The dealership never represented the vehicle as a Rubicon, we represented the vehicle as a jeep that had been upgraded with numerous itemsThe customer purchased the vehicle for $47,and has had the vehicle since 6/18/The state laws protect both the consumer and a dealership
regarding returning vehicles, and this situation does not warrant a repurchaseThe consumer stopped by our dealership and stated that he had recently lost his employment and can no longer make the paymentThe customer stated that he took the vehicle to another dealership and they offered him a significantly less amountWe offered the customer four thousand more than that dealership for his tradeThe customer stated that he spoke with the bank and advised the bank that he could not afford the vehicleThe customer stated that the bank advised him that he would have a first payment default repossession and the dealership would ultimately be charged back moneyThe customer was essentially trying extort the money from the dealership and get his debt removedThe contract nor the buyers order that the customer signed, stated that the vehicle was a RubiconThe representation to the bank was sent in correctly with an invoice of the add on equipment as wellBased off of all signed legal documentation and the length of which the customer has had the vehicle do not qualify for any assistance or repurchasePlease close this case because there has been no precedence set based off of buyers remorseWhile we do sympathize with the consumers situation, we also have an obligation to follow any and all regulations set forth buy state and federal governments

pick up on Thursday august 24, 2017. Unfortunately, we are unsure if it was picked up on Thursday or after we returned from the hurricane. Our accounting office did not return until Tuesday September 5, 2017.I understand your frustration with our dealership. I want you to know we pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy. There should have been better communication and a new manual should have been ordered once we realized you didn't receive the manual in the mail. I personally ordered another manual from Mac Haik today 10-10-17. As soon as it arrives, I will call you to pick up in person at your convenience, as I'm aware you live out of town. I want to personally hand to you rather than mail again. As stated in my previous response, all documentation clearly states what the vehicle was presented and sold as. Even though the pictures are badged as a rubicon, that is not we sold it at nor did we present that to the bank. The customer signed multiple documents acknowledging the package he purchased.
