On Monday, July 24th I emailed all of ***'s results to herI let her know again that I would be happy to go over them in detail if she would likeI also let her know that if she would have asked for her results from the very beginning I would've been happy to give them to her [redacted] responded to my email on the afternoon of Monday, July 24th with appreciation and said that she would clear the complaint with the Revdex.com

*** - We are so very sorry, but there seems to have been a miscommunication/misunderstandingAfter writing your review, and then speaking with *** *** via phone, you came into the office and *** *** went over your results with you at no charge.Your initial visit, which consisted of a very
thorough examination, was conducted at a discounted rate of $47, due to you being a * *** *** participantOur fee for that visit is $115.At your subsequent visit (which you did not initially attend), *** *** went over your results, which is always done at no chargeIf you look at the appointment sheet you were given at the end of your first visit, the $is only charged if *** *** says that we can help you and you receive treatment that dayThe $covers your spinal rehab exercises/therapies, an adjustment and a stress X-ray after the adjustmentThis combination helps *** *** come up with a personalized and detailed plan of action to correct your problem structurallyA person is certainly never required to have these services done, but most do, because they want to correct their problemYou eventually did come in for your second visit (after speaking on the phone), and *** *** went over your results with youYou decided that you did not want to receive the treatment, so there was no charge for your second visit. Typically, once a person has had their first treatment (during that second visit), *** *** has them return one final time to go over everything in detail at their report of findings (taking into consideration how their first adjustment went and the change he saw on their stress X-ray)There is also no cost for the third appointment, because, again, he is just going over their results - in much greater detailThat is when most people decide if they want to continue care in our officeAt your second visit you decided that you did not want to come back for your report of findings, which would have also been done at no chargeYou decided that you'd rather talk things over with a family member instead. *** *** has reached out to you to try and remedy this situationWe are more than happy to help you (and know that we can!), but we also understand if you would prefer to go elsewhereAt the very least, *** *** would like for you to come in and go over your report of findings.
