Dear Mr [redacted] & Revdex.com Mr [redacted] we have been informed the credit lines secured for you were approved At Sprout Financial we broker these for our customers, but the credit lines are directed to you personally So we have no direct access to the credit lines established At Sprout there is no fee until our work is completed and credit lines have been successfully established So all the work completed has been for free with the promise from our customers to pay the established service fee once completed We want to see our customers succeed, as your success is our success Please call our office at 800-358-and ask for Jordan Washington to further discuss and resolve for youSincerely,

The client called days after the trial had ended On the website its very clear there is a day trial, and requires personal information to be entered in order to obtain a credit report In addition it is NOT $to pull the report The system simply does a $authorization to
verify the card is valid, but that $is never charged and the authorization falls of the card in 2-days The account was cancelled on 05/09/when the client called Sprout Financial Welcome email, credit alert emails, and a cancellation email were all sent to ***

8/16/16 indicating the trial period.  We also do show an email of the cancellation was sent on 8/24/2016.    Our records indicate a different email address on file than what you provided to Revdex.com, which is [redacted] ; possibly that was part of the mis-communication.   We are sorry the product was not of further value to you, and have issued a check to be mailed to your address on file for $29.99. Best Regards,

I called them again try to resolve this and still give me the round arounds starting that I still owe them for the service that they did even if I don’t have the funds. Hello how is that possible. I mean when you get a mortgage or any loans you have the money and than you get charged. Am I missing something here.  This company is a nightmare. Every one out there pls do not get involved. With Sprout finacial. Or better yet it should be called sprout nightmare.
