I am rejecting this response because:I have the check attached of $500 deposit given to [redacted] at Victory Countertops and we did not receive labor or the marble countertops from them.In fact the [redacted],  agreed to give my husband back the $500 deposit  and then he changed his mind.  My husband went there to get the $500 deposit back and he said he had no cash on him and would meet him with the money and [redacted] the [redacted] never showed up.  See check that he deposited. [redacted]
