The claim that I submitted a report on 6/and 6/are not true! I have proof in my cell phone where I have called in May to advise of the unresolved repairs and when the problems startedAnd to say that leaks are important are also falseI have a active leak!! We just received a work order for this resident on 6/20/and one on 6/21/The repairs will be made within a reasonable timeThis is not the only resident at the complexWork orders are done in order of statusEmergencies such as leaks, etc are top priority
