DO NOT USE VICTORY DISABILITY (VD) ! I signed their contract expecting that I would actually get represented by an attorney. I never once spoke with an attorney although I requested to, never once spoke with even a paralegal, the few email interactions and a couple of phone calls I had was with a secretary / clerk and more than not me complaining about VD not submitting the supporting documentation I sent to VD. I provided ALL of the work product sent to SSA and most of it I sent directly to SSA because their portal was not in service. I received NO legal guidance and NO work product from Victory Disability was sent to me to complete or originated by VD and sent to SSA. AND on top of this, when SSA called me directly to discuss my case when I advised the VD clerk, I was advised to go ahead and communicate directly with SSA.
SSA is VD ENABLER: When my SSDI was approved it was 100% my effort and documentation submission, ZERO originated from VD. In the approval letter SSA advised that if I was in disagreement with the $7,200 payment respond with in 15-days with the reason for my disagreement June 2024. I provided a detailed response with substantial supporting documentation that VD provided nothing in support of my case other that a few hours of clerk time. SSA responded June 2025 claiming they paid VD because I had signed a contract "FOR THEM TO REPRESENT ME" which they didn't as well as services provided, case difficulty, level of skill provided, amount of time spent on the case results achieved, level of representative's administrative review, etc. SSA must have sent a computer generated form letter because my disagreement with payment clearly stated VD provided ZERO of the factors considered. Not only did VD fail me (a career veteran) worse, SSA FAILED ME AND IS ENABLING VD TO DISSERVICE MORE VETERANS !
The level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty I've experienced is appalling. Not only did they give me the runaround for over a year, but they also failed to provide the assistance they promised when I needed it the most. I trusted them to help me navigate this process, and they completely dropped the ball. Avoid this service if you expect honesty, transparency, or professionalism.
Don't use them! Thanks for taking care of America's Veterans. You should be put out of business. I have already contacted my family's attorney to litigate this, and I am going to sue them for a couple million.
At no point do we charge our clients out of pocketThe disputed fee of $6,is absolutely falseThere is clearly a misunderstanding and we will be reaching out to address any concerns or miscommunication
We have assured [redacted] that we have withdrawn as his representative and...
there have been no fees charged. This has been recorded by the Social Security Administration and he has been sent a letter stating the same . We have closed his file with our office and deleted his information. We have taken every step professionally possible to resolve this situation however, as is stated in his message, he is unwilling to accept any sort of resolution. We ask that this matter be closed with no negative feedback to our company.

I am rejecting this response because:As indicated previously, when I have a signed (by Mr. S[redacted] / notarized letter indicating that I am not indebted, in any form or fashion, to him or any of his money-making ventures, and proof that that he and his ventures have no claim toward any benefit I may ever receive from the Social Security Administration, I may then reconsider whether or not I still feel threatened by any sort of retaliatory efforts on his part toward me for having made this complaint. If I had not complained, I'm sure there would have been continued intimidating phone calls made in an effort to make me pay them for their "troubles." Thank you Revdex.com!
