The fact that this company is accredited by [redacted] with an [redacted] and [redacted] certified was more than enough evidence to cancel with the other inspectors (whom were not listed on the [redacted] website) and go with Victory Home Inspection. This company was the most affordable, compared to other inspectors in the area.
[redacted] was our inspector and he was beyond thorough. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. The inspection took about 2 1/2-3 hours to complete and the report was emailed to us within about 2 hours. He didn’t go over anything in the home with minimum of concern. He provides personalized service! What was important to us was equally important to him. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, analyzes the best recommendation with considerable respect to overall value to your situation. His expertise proved very useful in our case. What really made us want to retain [redacted] (besides his years of experience in the field) was that he personally answers phone calls/emails. You are not passed on to someone else.
