Washington law on February 16, 2017.  The Assignment  for the Benefit of Creditors provides for my appointment as the Assignee, with responsibility for taking possession of the assets of Victory Homes, and the responsibility for administering those assets in the best interests of creditors.I have reviewed your letter of January 31, 2017, together with the complaint that was submitted by Ms. [redacted]. I will be working to rectify the issues that were identified in the complaint within my  best ability to do so.Based on the information that I have reviewed to date, it appears that Victory Homes expended over $26,000.00 in hard costs toward the construction of the [redacted]'s residence, in  addition  to  over  $63,000.00 for the costs of the lot and sewer cap fees. While Victory Homes, at this time, does not dispute the legal right  of the [redacted]s to terminate their contract for late performance, it has resulted in a difficult situation for Victory Homes as well. The complaint also identifies Mr. Clifford M[redacted] and Mr. Thomas J[redacted] as "partners" in Victory Homes. That statement is entirely incorrect, as neither individual is a partner in Victory Homes, or has any management or ownership rights therein. Please also be advised that Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have engaged legal counsel to represent their interests with respect to this matter. Although I am providing this initial response to their complaint, I will pursue the resolution of this matter through their attorneys.Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions
