This dealership is very unethical in their business practices Their services and parts department scam and fool customers into purchasing products and services that are not necessaryFor instance the Honda Fit has electric power steering, which means their would be no power steering fluidHowever, this dealership rips customers off by claiming they need to have their power steering flushedHow can you flush a fluid that doesn't exist? Terry the GM of the dealership is very unethical in all his business practicesAll he wants to do is pad his wallet and he will go to every extreme to do soHe also forces his employees to lie about services and products to their customersIf the employee refuses he will end up terminating their employment for now reasonThis man needs to be fired for his shady business practices

If considering this business, I'd strongly recommend against it! We were referred to Gordo's, as "reputable" for spa repair by our pool replastererAs Christmas approaches, we've been trying to get Gordo's to repair our Sundance spa since mid-November It partially heats and apparently needs a new heat pump We agreed to a $"diagnostic service call" fee but subsequently Gordp's repairman diagnosed the problem as loose wires and the service call was upped to $ Two hours after the repairman left, the heater stopped working with a "FLO" error message We tried calling Gordo's at that time, but a taped message said the business phone "doesn't accept messages." Three days later, we were able to talk to an employee who said the repairman would be sent back Ten days later we recontacted Gordo's (after listening to the same "doesn't accept messages" on the phone several times) and spoke with the owner - John He said he'd "get someone out there." After waiting a week without a response, we recontacted Gordo's and an employee said he "had all the info about us in front of him" and would call the owner on his cell phone immediately to "get back to us." After another 10-day wait and NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER from Gordo's and we grudgingly eliminated our expectation of contactWe then contacted another vendor - *** *** *** Contact with them was very professional They responded two days later (the technician even called and said he'd be 1/late) The problem was correctly identified as a faulty pump and sensor A repair was completed The difference between Gordo's and the *** *** *** could not have been more striking! Gordo's never did initiate contact with us and no less than four successful phone calls initiated by us went unreturned VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The inflated service call price ($157) illustrates the business practices of the owner
